I would like her to help me find a house. She’s been over here before and last night I saw a house I was interested in that was from Keller Williams Realtor and it was in Pelican Rapids.
Based on their website, they say "We negotiate low fees with top agents nationwide. List with a full-service agent for just $3,000 or 1% (if a home sells for more than $350K)". I like to hear what real estate agents think about this. Are they considered a discount broker? And as a home seller, should I use their service? what are the pros and cons?
