Here's some details about us:rnFamily of 3 going on 4rn2 bedroom 1 bath housernBought in 2017rn30 year mortgagernrnWe don't want to be landlords and we need to money from this house for our next house if we were to move.rn
Inspection found a cracked heat exchanger and some roof leaks. On top of that there are about 30 smaller things like holes in the walls, sagging carpet, broken vent covers, etc. Do I ask them to fix it, or just ask for a $10k credit? What’s the standard for negotiating after the inspection report comes back?

Our home has been on the market for a month, in good condition and updated. We haven't had a single contract and only a few showings. We live in the country - we're disapppointed in our realtor and we're wondering if we should look for someone new. Our home wasn't showing up on zillow for our area and once we told our agent our concerns he looked into it and it was put in the wrong area on the mls. He has a full time job outside of being an agent. We aren't sure this is a priority. One open house. We've received no feedback from anyone on what we can do better and we have to get out from under this house. Thoughts?

We put an offer on a house and the insepction found that there's mold upstairs and serious foundation issues. We asked the seller to give a credit for the cost of fixing these issues. They agreed to $5k, but it'll be closer to $30K to fix everything. We're wondering if these are major red flags and if we should back out of our offer.rnWe're under pressure because our current house sold and we need to be out in a little over a month.
Are closets included in the square footage of a house? Is there anything that's a part of the house, but doesn't count towards square footage? Thanks!

We're pre-approved for a mortgage. We looked for houses in the Fall, but nothing worked out. We want to search again in the spring. Do we need to get pre-approved again?

I want to know if I buy a house in Florida, do I pay sales tax on that purchase? It would be a vacation home, not my permanent residence.
Our financial situation has changed and we're now struggling to make our mortgage payment. We're about 10 years into a 30 year loan. Interest rate is something like 4.7% If we refinance, will that lower our mortage payment?

I'm moving because of my neighbors. They're loud and disrespectful. There have been a lot of issue living next to them. Do I have to tell my agent why I'm moving? I think I would prefer to not reveal this because I'm afraid it will hurt the sale of my house.

Hello, I am looking to sell a house that has a newer hvac system that works great but the warranty is voided due to me missing annual maintenance per warranty. Will a lender still consider my home worthy for a buyer. I’m worried and need to sell quickly. Am willing to reduce price
