I don’t have children, but I’ve heard that school districts can significantly impact resale value. Should buyers still prioritize school zones even if they don’t plan to use them?
I'm not sure what my timing should be because I don't want to not have a house to live in if i sell before finding a new one. But I also don't want to find the house I want and not have my home sold and get stuck with two mortages. What is the order of things I should do?

I'm looking for an industrial or flex space for lease. When researching on my own, the visible spaces are either too large or insufficient information to decide. Furthermore, agents tend to focus on selling and buying industrial or flex spaces.

I've seen different commission rates, and I get that probably commission is based on experience. What else affects the commission rate? And is it locked in once I agree to work with an agent or can they change it?

Do I need an agent to get my house listed on the MLS or am I able to put my house on there myself? I am hoping to list my house next week and want to be sure people can find it online.
I made an offer on a house and the seller accepted it. Then a week later they said they want to stay another month and want to pay rent. We said no and now they aren't accepting our offer. Can they do that?
