Selling an inherited house. I would prefer to get it done quickly and be finished with this. What do I need to know about selling an inherited house?
I'm looking at a condo and the HOA seems fine, but how can i tell if they're about to his me with a huge $20k bill for "repairs" right after I move in? I can afford it all as it stands now, but have an assessment that's over $5K would sink me.

I’m thinking about buying a home, but interest rates seem higher than they were a few years ago. From your experience, does it make more sense to buy now or wait to see if rates come down?
I saw something about splitting my mortgage payments in half and paying twice each month. Then it said I can pay off my mortage sooner and have less interest. Can someone explain this to me? Does it work? How? Why?

Just got the title report and it’s 40 pages of legal jargon. It mentions an easement and a lien from 1994. What are the specific things I should pay attention to of in these documents? I try to read them and just can't make sense of most of them. My agent said it's important to read them.

My neighbors have been awful to live next to. They don't take their trash cans in and they have been known to blow around their junk around the neighborhood. They yell at my kids. They wrote passive aggressive notes about a tree on my land they didn't like. They set up cameras to spy on us in our backyard. They steal our mail. and so much more. Do I have to disclose this in any formal way? I don't want to be a jerk but I also want to sell my house.

I’m getting ready to list my house and my agent suggested 'virtual AI staging' instead of renting furniture because it’s cheaper. Does this actually help sell the house, or do buyers just feel tricked when they show up to an empty room? Has anyone had success with this?

I want to leave Florida and move to Illinois, is there anything special that I have to do? Do i have to file something or pay a tax to move out of state? I don't own a home yet but I am looking at places outside of Chicago.
Looking for advice on the home selling process. I’m wondering how the closing the sale works with equity in hand. What else do I need to know?
