I have been having trouble finding a home I like and I am ready to own. I finally found one that is in the right area and I really like the layout and look of but it is on a busy road. My parents keep telling me that I might not like that once I have kids and it might be hard to resell. Is that a deal breaker for a lot of buyers?
Everyone says wait for April to list, but there is literally ZERO inventory in my neighborhood right now. If I list my house early while everyone else is waiting for spring, will I get a better price because of the lack of competition, or are buyers not even looking yet? I don't want to sit on the market for 60 days and look 'stale.

I'm wondering if I should sell my house this year or wait to sell it another time. I want to move within the next 5 years, but there's no pressure, so I'd like to sell my house when I can benefit the most.
My agent wants to have four open houses. Two this weekend and two next weekend. I feel like most home sales usually have one on a Sunday. Is four too many open houses? What's the right number?

Is the down payment different in different states? How do I know how much the down payment is for a house?
What should I know about selling deceased estate property?
Does a home warranty make a home more attractive to buyers? Should I offer this when I list? Are there limitations to what the new owner can ask for with a home warranty? Thanks.
There was an offer deadline on a few of the houses we made offers on. Now we are selling our house, do I have to set an offer deadline immediately or wait until people ask? Does setting an offer deadline make it look like there is demand when there isn't?
