We were so blessed to have the Champagnes as our listing agents! As sellers who had been in the same home for over 40 years, we leaned heavily on their expertise & experience to guide us smoothly in our selling process. Their commitment to clients is amazing and communication is top notch. We cant imagine not having the two of them representing us, working for us & being there every step with us. Whether you are a seller or buyer, you can choose the Champagne Team with confidence. Thank you for Everything!

Marty and Abby are the best. They do everything to help you with the sale of your home. We trusted everything they did to assist us in the completion of the transaction. We had a different realtor prior to using them and he was not helpful and did so many things wrong. He was looking out for his commission unlike the Champagne team who looks out for their clients first.

Prices have leveled out a bit. Sellers are still getting over asking when priced right. You can do an open house if you feel comfortable doing one.
