When our mom was diagnosed with Parkinsons Disease and moved into an assisted living facility, my sister and I had to sell her home. Our grandparents built it, and it had seen 4 generations of our family. Emotionally, it was not easy. We contacted Mickey Hyams, and from the beginning, he, Taunee, Dusty, and the whole team were not only professional but compassionate. They were sensitive to our situation and the fact that we had 4 generations worth of accumulated possessions to move out of the house. They walked us through every stage of the process, and they rolled up their sleeves and pitched in occasionally. I called Mickey with a question one day only to learn that he was blowing leaves off the driveway at our moms house. From pre-listing conversations to a very smooth closing, Mickey and his team were amazing. They advised us on staging, moving, legal affairs, and even brought us a family that we were proud to see purchase the house. I highly recommend Mickey Hyams and Associates if you are selling or buying a home.

I found Mickey by doing an online search for agents in my area and home price range. He was one of the 5 or 6 agents that met my criteria. I met with three of them and Mickey was the best. He was personable, respectful, and honest. He was always available to answer my questions and his team was always more than willing to help.
