ZillowVERIFIEDBuying a home is one of the biggest decisions a person can make, and I can honestly say I could not have asked for a better realtor to guide me through the process. From our very first conversation to the day I received my keys, she was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right homeaEUR"not just any home. She answered every question, eased every concern, and navigated every challenge with grace and confidence. There were moments when the process felt overwhelming, but she never let me feel alone. She advocated for me, kept me informed, and always had my best interests at heart. What stood out most was her patience, integrity, and commitment to making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Today, I'm a homeowner, and I am beyond grateful for her dedication, hard work, and support. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about her clients and will go the extra mile, I wholeheartedly recommend her. Thank you for helping turn a dream into reality. This house is more than a purchaseaEUR"it's the beginning of a new chapter, and I'm so thankful you were part of the journey.

ZillowVERIFIED Worst experience with a realtor I've ever had. Doesn't pay attention or just doesn't care to. Tried to explain our concerns but was just ignored. We told her multiple times we needed to sell our house. At one point, she told us to list it ourselves. She never responded in a timely matter. We definitely did not feel as though we were represented well.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike delivers. He does what he says he will do and is available to support your search and sales process. We started out trying to determine what type of hone we wanted and Mike was there to support our search. Once we found the home we wanted, he was there to drive the process with us and provide insight from all his experience. Then helped us decide how to market and sell our house for much more than asking price.

ZillowVERIFIED I cant begin to tell you how happy we were with Mike Beernink and his professional guidance. Our home just sold and everything was handled exactly as it should have been. His communication skills with his clients are unusual. This means that every (and I do mean every) thing that came up in the process of selling our home, I got an email promptly that gave me all the necessary feedback and information. He was meticulous with the security of our property and if anyone else was not (there was one case) he quickly corrected the problem. I probably talked to 50 agents and met with about 15 before making the best decision possible. If we ever need anything else real estate related - I will call him right away. I cant find the ten star button.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Mike Beernink was excellent. First, he followed through on everything he said he would do. Second, the photographer that he used was outstanding, with the photographs turning out far better than anything we could do or imagine. Third, the home sold in under two weeks, in part because Mike held an open house on the second weekend the house was listed, during which time the new homeowners viewed the home. Fourth, Mike offered us excellent advice and worked tirelessly to make sure nothing was overlooked. Wayne & Christy

ZillowVERIFIED Wow, Mike and his wife (Holly) did an amazing job selling my elderly fathers home! I cant even begin to list ALL the ways they went above and beyond my expectations. The professional photographs of the home were beautiful. My father (85 years old) doesnt use a computer and doesnt drive, so he was a very high maintenance client! Mike and Holly would come to him to get documents signed (many times!). They also met with contractors at the vacant home, so my dad didnt have to figure out how to get over there. They were EXTREMELY responsive. They kept in touch constantly throughout the process. We felt like we were their only listing, but they have many more listings, and they likely treat everyone just as wonderfully. I wish them the best, and would HIGHLY recommend them to others looking to buy or sell.

Mike has now sold two of our homes and the home selling process was very easy because of his attention to detail and we respect the feedback that he provided as we discuss the homes and prepared them for sale. Mike continued to exceed our expectations which is why we contacted him with the recent sale of our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Selling a home can be extremely stressful. The key to a great agent is communication and Mike is a 1 of a kind. Mike was our 2nd agent, and came in from the beginning with a game plan, and then got to work. He was in constant contact with us throughout the process and never made us feel that we were just another client. Mike was referred to me by a friend, and im so extremely grateful for that.

ZillowVERIFIED We had previously tried to sell our house through another realtor, but with no success. When we first met Mike he presented himself in a calm manner, knowledgeable and considerate of our needs. After speaking to him, we became comfortable with not only his personality, but with his professionalism and real estate experience and talent. Right from the start we realized we made a right decision when we chose him. He was very articulate, patient and exceptionally honest. He was always available for any questions or concerns. He ensured that every avenue was considered in how to best present our property and we were pleasantly surprised to see that the property not only sold within a very short period of time but that we also got the price we were planning on. Mike did an outstanding job in helping us put the house on the market, advising us on what was the best price to us and the market, informing us of the market activities through feedback response and weekly phone calls. Most important of all, from the day of receiving an offer through the closing, he stood by us for each and every step! He even went out of his way to met us after hours. His ability to understand the clients need made the whole sale experience a pleasant one. In my opinion, a real estate agent like Mike is rare to find. Thank you for your hard work, dedication and guidance through the negotiations. We are pleased to recommend Mike without hesitation. There are only five stars to select for a review but from our standpoint Mike should get a 10 star rating! Charles & Terri

ZillowVERIFIED I cant say enough about Mike. He has gone above and beyond to make the sale of my home and purchase of my new land a smooth and comfortable process. There are new Real Estate laws in place and Mike is so incredibly efficient in making sure nothing is overlooked and all important dates remain on schedule. I would have been lost without his expertise. Let me just say that he has the knowledge in this business that some people never acquire. He uses common sense, care for his clients, a love of his business and just an overall desire to make sure that you as his client have an experience that is equal to one that he would insure for himself and his loved ones. At my final closing I was sad, it was as though I was about to end a lifelong friendship. I didnt want my process to end. Wow, I wouldnt be getting the thoughtful emails and phone calls any longer, or so I thought. To my surprise it hasnt been the end, Mike is just a truly kind, genuine and caring friend and Agent. He and his wonderful wife/assistant have checked on me many times since my closings making this whole adventure very personal. This has been a most pleasant experience and Mike went out of his way and way beyond his job description to make sure we had everything in order for an efficient closing.

ZillowVERIFIED I have used Mike Beernink for two sales in the last two years and he has done an excellent job of marketing the properties, getting the right clients to view property, and selling the properties in a very timely manner. His expertise is apparent in the real estate field from marketing, to negotiations, to legal aspects of the sales. He went above and beyond in dealing with issues that I was unable to handle due to the distance I was located from the listed property. Both sales were quick and he was able to bring the right buyer to the table. I was so impressed the first time that I had to use him for the second sale, which was just as successful. Hands down this is a real estate agent that you will want handling your sale or purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED We sold our house through Mike early in 2015 and had an excellent experience with him. With Mike you will not get a more professional, articulate, experienced and honest agent, period. We sold our house through him and where no one else could get it sold, Mike did. He has the marketing resources, work ethic and experience to get the job done right. He called us with routine updates as well as frequent e-mail updates on top of that (usually with Agents all you see are a barrage of automated e-mails that the agent barely lifts a finger to send). He gave us honest assessments of the market and guided us to a very successful sale.Do yourself a favor and dont call anyone else; just call Mike.

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Mike by a good friend and within 15 minutes of emailing Mike; I received a call from him introducing himself to me and asking a few questions regarding the home we wanted to sell and what we wanted to buy. By the end of the call, we scheduled our first meeting that took place a few days later. Mike is very detailed and he did a wonderful job in keeping in contact with my husband and I throughout the buying/selling process. We quickly built a rapport with Mike and we felt very comfortable working with him. He made suggestions regarding the sell of our home, and we put all of his suggestions into action was able to sell our home very quickly.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike Beernink is the best of the best!!!! I use to live in Chicago, New York , and in Atlanta now. I bought and sold my places with a few different realtors. But I can assure yall, that nobody is as good as Mike ! He got my house sold really fast vs the other realtors I had before him for the same house. I also bought my new place with Mike. He emailed me the listings of the properties he knew would fit my budget every day. And he was on top following up for a new data. He found a townhouse in the area I wanted to be and that fits my budget . Mike is a very honest and hard working professional.

He is so personable and easy to talk to and he goes the extra mile to answer all questions in a timely fashion. Mike pays attention to details and makes sure all parties are kept in the loop of progress and status updates. He coordinated both my sale and buying transactions and smacked it all down in weeks.
