When hubby and I decided to move to GA to be closer to family, I was at a loss. While doing research on Georgia, I found Sarah Maslowski from KeyPoint Homes Group through her Youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/@MovingtoGeorgia. Between her warm and the knowledge she exuded in her Georgia videos, she won me over. Minutes into my first conversation with Sarah, it was clear that she knew exactly what I was looking for, and she wasted no time in setting up some appointments based on my must-sees list. As she walked me around the first two houses, which were part of the same development, she pointed out some design flaws I missed because I was just so excited about seeing these houses in person. Those flaws wouldve eventually cost us thousands in repairs and even more in regret. I mean, she literally saved us a fortune, ultimately preventing us from making a horrible decision. After those first two houses, she informed me that the next one I'd asked her to set up was for a house that did not check any of the boxes for us. I took her advice, skipped the third house, and moved on to another one on my must-see list. From the second she unlocked the front door, I KNEW it was the one. Sarah and I immediately got to work on making an offer, and by day's end, the offer hubby and I put in had been accepted. With the contract in hand, she took the time to explain every line, every detail and answer every question we had as first-time buyers. It was clear I'd made the right choice in realtors b/c let's face it, while buying your first house is exciting, it's also so terrifying. Sarah was kind, patient, and such a pleasure to work with. I found her through her very helpful videos online and after a Zillow matched real estate agent was too booked for the weekend to show properties I wanted. I contacted her on a Saturday not expecting much, and she got back to me right away setting up showing for the same day and the next. She also contacted the seller's agent and gave me a good idea on what their price point was like. It was so great! I didn't have to spell everything out like I had to with other agents. I really liked how prompt Sarah and her team was. One of the weekends I had 6 properties I wanted to see, and she was able to accommodate my schedule and show them all by tag teaming with her team members. I ended up buying one of the properties from that weekend. It was amazing. The property listed on Friday, we saw it on Saturday, made an offer that night, and it was accepted on Sunday morning. She has good connections with vendors. She has a lender that can close in 14 days and inspectors that can be scheduled in 2 days. My situation was a little complicated because I had to be out of the country on the closing date, but everything went smoothly. I really felt I was taken care of and had a whole team behind me in searching for the property I wanted. I cannot recommend Sarah and her team enough! 10/10 easy

There was also uncertainty as to whether explore the south or north side of Georgia. While exploring online videos, we were very fortunate to discover Sarah and her large assortment of videos featuring different cities and amenities in Georgia. My wife and I were immediately captivated and subscribed to Sarahs channel and aEURoelikedaEUR? all the videos we watched. We contacted Sarah to introduce ourselves and express our interest of moving to Georgia. During our initial and conversation, we felt an immediate bond and connection with Sarah. After briefing her on what we were seeking, she suggested that we travel to certain cities in Georgia to explore the homes and their surroundings. Following Sarahs advice, we traveled to Georgia with an agenda including several cites to explore. Fortunately, upon arriving at the first home on the list in Cumming, we knew we found the right house and surroundings. The particular home was not listed by Sarah, but we contacted her and respectfully asked her to represent us as our realtor for the purchase of the home. My wife and I were amazed as to how proactive Sarah was once we contacted her and provided the address. Recognizing that we were on a limited schedule, Sarah immediately contacted the listing agent and made arrangements for us to see the home the following day. During this time, Sarah kept in constant contact with us providing updates regarding the scheduled viewing and other pertinent information regarding the area which was very educational. Each time that Sarah said she would call or email us with particular information, she was always punctual and on time. After we agreed to make an offer on the home, Sarah literally held us by the hand and guided us through the initial process. Although we had to return to Miami, we felt confident that Sarah would represent us and continue to guide us through the following steps and be on the look out for our best interest. One of Sarahs many extraordinary features is her resources needed to successfully purchase a home; from the home inspector, roofer, lenders and home insurance companies just to name a few, Sarah guided us to professionals in each trade. This team worked as our eyes and ears on the ground and we were able to see each and every detail of the house from 840 miles away. They have gone so deep that when we moved in to the house after closing, we realized that if we had visited or even inspected the house by ourselves on the showing day, we wouldnt be able to detect those details. We received great suggestions from the team regarding school transfer for our kid. Home purchase is a team work.
