On March 25, 2020 Tommy and Wendi sold our home, found us a great new home and executed a same day closing on both all of this while the Covid-19 crisis was taking off. Neither house even made it to the aEURoemarketaEUR?. I would simply say that I dont know anyone that is more efficient or skilled in their respective profession. They are extremely intuitive, helpful, proactive and detailed. The just aEURoegetaEUR? their clients. Ive often found it odd that people are willing to trust one of the biggest decisions and processes of life with an agent who does it aEURoeon the sideaEUR?. Not these two...they are pros! I joke with Tommy and Wendi and call them aEURoeRamboaEUR? (a reference to the 1980s movie character). I do this because they can do anything in their world. But it was worth the effort as I got all of my investment back and more. Wendy & Tommy always kept me informed as to how things were going. They had a photographer who took fantastic pictures that really showcased how well maintained and how beautiful my home really was. It was sad to move on after 20 years, but they made it a very easy and simple process. In fact, my home went into the MLS on a Thursday and we had a contract by 5:00PM on Sunday. Talk about FAST!!!
