I do believe he got me top dollar on my sale, as I had another agent give me a significantly lower listing price than what Mike suggested. The listing price was much higher than I expected, the highest anything had ever been listed at in that neighborhood, but just as Mike told me we had multiple offers the first weekend. Before I met Mike I had another agent that I had used for four transactions, but I went with Mike because of his knowledge and confidence when we met. I know I will be using him again in the future and will recommend him to my family and friends.

Mike and Christa worked hard to find a buyer during the height of the corona scare and were able to arrange showings throughout. In the most recent sale, the buyer had what seemed to be a very inexperienced and oblivious realtor. Their actions presented multiple delays in the sale up to and including at the closing table. Mike and his team worked relentlessly to solve each problem at hand until the papers were signed. Our condo was listed recently in addition to the house sale that was so problematic. We had an offer in 6 days and will go to the closing table in two more weeks.
