ZillowVERIFIED One word ?Pleasurable?. Let me start by giving you some background. I am a first-time home buyer with not a lot of knowledge on the actions associated with home purchasing. My fiance and I are ?Very Picky? and will question anything if it doesn?t make sense. This combination would make it hard to assist in the home buying process for any realtors, except Olya. Her knowledge of the process and all the ends and outs are impeccable. She was able to walk through the homes with us and show us things that would cost of money to fix and how much it would cost. Also, she does a great job of listening to your needs and explaining things a simplified manner. Beside having all these attributes, she has a strong network of people around her, to help with any other actions after the purchase. Overall we are more than happy with the services we received from our relator and would recommend her to anyone that is selling or buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were lucky enough to stumble across Olya through a neighbor that had their home up for sale. Olya was extremely knowledgeable of the area around our townhome and knew exactly how to market it. She always had a positive attitude and was a go-getter. Olya proved herself time after time. She was very responsive to any questions we had and was a very hard worker. She even came to our home to help fix some caulking around the showers that the new home buyers wanted to be fixed. We were anxious because we needed our home to sell within a certain time frame, but Olya was able to sell our home well before the deadline. We then used Olya as our realtor to help guide us in building our new construction home. We ran into several issues and had to jump over numerous hurdles during the building process. Olya went to bat for us more times than I can count. I find it hard to believe any other realtor would have made as many phone calls and wrote as many emails to managers like she did. If it wasnt for Olya, we wouldnt have ended up with our dream home. Olya really cares about every single person she works with, and strives to make everyone satisfied through her integrity and hard work. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. She is the best realtor out there!

We put our house in the market with other agent and we were not happy the the other agent services, so we were looking for new houses on our own while we were already under contract, and thats when we meet Olya. We wish we met her before so she could also done also the sale of our house!. She understood our family needs for the new home, she is motivated, proactive, dynamic. The sale (with the other agent) was a nightmare and she was able to keep us calm and handle the part of buying the new house so we didnt loose it while waiting for the sale of our old house (what took longer than expected due to our other selling agent part). We didnt just met an agent, we got a friend. With Olya, we didnt have to worry about anything of buying the new house process, she guided us step by step and handled everything for us. She was responsive, proactive, informative, professional, assertive when needed, and extremely organized. In the past, I have found the process to be extremely burdensome.
