I was incredibly selective (dare I say annoying) about finding a house and put him through the ringer trying to find the right house since July of 2013. He was incredibly patient and understanding each time we decided we wanted to look in a different neighborhood (we started looking in Brookhaven and at one point we ended up looking at houses all the way in Cumming!). He was always readily available to show a house or answer an email or call. When we finally found our perfect home (for us the only option was to work with a builder in a new neighborhood) he was constantly checking in throughout the 5 month building process and wanted to keep track of any important meeting to represent us well. At closing time, he was our champion and worked long ours along side us to help with any hiccups that came up. I'm not sure we could've found a more patient and understanding realtor.
