They were also very helpful in recommending local people to help get my home in order to sell. When purchasing, Jamie argued for me to offer a price lower than I would have, and the seller accepted. When selling, at the last minute Lori wanted to raise the asking price for my property to capitalize on local trends and my property still sold in hours, gaining me $5,000.

ZillowVERIFIED Poor Jamie! He had to put up with me for too long. HA! He was great through the ENTIRE process. Which, if I'm being honest, goes back well over a year. (What can I say? We're slow.)I've sent a half a dozen friends and customers to Lori and Jamie over the years. Everyone of them has been so impressed. So my wife and I were thrilled that we could FINALLY use them to find our "Forever Home". It was a bit of a tricky negotiation as the property had been on the market for almost 18 months with Sellers that were holding fast to their asking price. Jamie was able to leverage his relationship with the listing agent to negotiate a deal that we could feel good about. Then, we must've texted him dozens of times between binding to closing and he was so patient to walk us through every step. We even got a "closing gift" and some other "thank you's" for using The Chapman Group. In my opinion, no one knows North Georgia better for real estate.
