We were looking for a contemporary style of home in other words the needle in the haystack! Once we found the ONE there was obviously lots of competition, Madison was able to maneuver through the bidding process without coming in with the highest offer. Very well negotiated!!! During the entire buying process with Path&Post and Madison we always felt it was only about us and nothing else. We will miss Madison very much , but luckily we will soon live around the corner to her.
