When we had trouble finding a home in our price range, they fought for us and found properties we would never have considered. When the appraisal came in low they fought for us and sent a reconsideration of value report and helped us write a letter to improve the appraisal. Many times we thought we wouldn't close along the way, but they fought tooth and nail to get us this home and we are so grateful. I don't think most agents work this hard - so glad we met them!
