ZillowVERIFIED We truly cannot say enough amazing things about this real estate company and everything they did for our family. From start to finish, they went far beyond what anyone would ever expect. Not only did they help us through the buying/selling process, but they stepped in and supported us in ways that had nothing to do with paperwork or contracts. They helped us pack, load up our U-Hauls, and made sure we were fully prepared and ready for our move. That kind of care and dedication is something you just dont find anymore. Every question we had, every request we madeaEUR"they were there without hesitation. They made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience feel manageable, and even meaningful. Its rare to find people who genuinely care the way they do. We are beyond grateful and would recommend them to absolutely anyone looking not just for a real estate company, but for people who truly go above and beyond for their clients.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I attempted to sell our house with a different agent months before we met Cody. That agent was nice enough, but did very little to steer us in the right direction. Enter Cody and Anchor. First of all, he is a genuine person, and child of God. He spent time to build a relationship, while giving us guidance that we didn't receive previously. He was always quick to answer our questions, and had to talk us off the ledge on occasion. We ended up receiving a good offer on the house and after prayerful consideration, accepted. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially after the previous listing. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED I could not have found a better listing agent for my Mother in Law's estate than Cody Chembars. He was tender and compassionate as we listed my husband's childhood home after his mother's passing. He was quick to action when we discovered a water pipe had burst and he got a water remediation team onsite within a few hours. When family relationships were tensious Cody acted as an intermediary and facilitated great conversation that ultimately led to the sale of the home 25% above our original listing price. Cody and Audrey make a great team and I whole heartedly recommend their business.

He was patience and responsive to our last minute request to look at homes. This was extremely important as fast as home are selling. He helped us with negotiating to get some of the repairs done by the seller and did a walk through with us prior to closing to ensure the repairs had been completed. This video is spot on as to the way we were treated. God bless you Cody Chembars !

ZillowVERIFIED I was a first time buyer and I closed on my original closing date, There were several things that came down to the wire, I would start stressing about the appraisal or water test or whatever and Cody would say "Hey Man, I got Ya. Dont Worry About" and I thought yeah okay you cant make this happen, and within a couple of hours he would give me a call and tell me it was done, He was there every step of the way to help keep me calm and collected, hes very professional and a great people person, down to earth and easy to talk to. When it was all said and done, I took a chance with this guy, Im glad i did I dont think I could of found a better person for the job. I hired a real estate agent, I got a house and lifelong friend.
