ZillowVERIFIED Erin was referred to us by Veterans United. Our journey started off in the Gainesville, GA area near Lake Lanier, and quickly moved closer to Atlanta, just outside of Decatur. I was so afraid that Erin wouldn't be available for us often since she lived an hour away, but without fault, she was always available for us and worked with our working schedule. The search was super stressful for me (No fault to Erin) since we had very specific needs, and I am a bit of an overthinker. But no matter how many offers we put in and lost, Erin stayed positive and kept us feeling hopeful. She offered some alternatives that might have helped in our offers process and she was super quick to get questions answered from the selling agents. As professional as Erin is, she is also super down-to-earth, which is very important to us. She never judged our interest, as we sometimes were drawn to odd listings. She was as casual as we were at showings, and she was just "real". I absolutely love that about her. If I ever look for another property again, I will be calling on Erin. ZillowVERIFIED My house sale was for a house that was located well off of the normal house purchase corridor. In addition it had a number of features that would make it a more difficult sale to anything other than the right person. I contacted them about selling the house, and then I began working out of town, making it impossible to move forward on the sale. These two gentlemen kept in touch during the 2 years I was mostly out of town. After my return, they provided direct advice to me on what did and did not need to be done before the sale. They provided immediate answers and where able to get what I consider the best price possible considering all of the circumstances. I wish I had more property to sell, or property to buy because I would love to work with them again.
