ZillowVERIFIED John knew we were interested in selling our house in North Forsyth, but always advised us he'll let us know when the time was right. In late spring, John advised the time was righ. John priced correctly, when others in our old neighborhood were pricing on a market twelve months earlier. Through his negotiation, we were able to secure a great selling price! John was patient with us as we explored our options, looking at both new construction & existing homes. Do not talk to an "on site" builder's agent without John. He negotiated upgrades that we probably couldn't have. That said, we ultimately decided on existing construction based on the neighborhood and couldn't be happier with our choice. Local knowledge is the key, John not only lives in Forsyth County, but grew up here, he can find a home right for any house hunter. I recommend him regularly to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.
