She was an excellent communicator and guided us through every step of the process. Jody was very knowledgeable about the real estate market in our area. ZillowVERIFIED We truly cannot recommend Jody enough! Selling a home is one of the most stressful things we've ever done, but from the very beginning, our agent, Jody Canupp, made us feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way. She was always there to answer our questions (no matter the time of day) and never made us feel like we were asking too much. When we started to feel overwhelmed, she was the calm voice we needed, constantly reassuring us, encouraging us, and reminding us that everything would work out. That level of care meant more to us than she'll probably ever know. Jody also went above and beyond by helping us coordinate contractors for repairs and making sure everything stayed on schedule. She handled every challenge with professionalism, kindness, and a genuine desire to help us succeed. It never felt like we were just another transaction, we truly felt like she cared about us as people. Because of Jody, what could have been an incredibly stressful experience became one that we felt confident navigating. We are so grateful for her dedication, hard work, and the countless ways she went above and beyond for our family and home! We are forever thankful for everything she did for us and would recommend her without hesitation!!

ZillowVERIFIED What can I say. I have lived in my home for the past 27 plus years. My wife and I loved our home, however we wanted to move my mother in to live with us. Our current home was too small to accommodate four people. We inquire about moving into a new home that would give us the space we needed plus a full size basement. I reached out to Tami Holmes Realty. The person I spoke with was courteous, helpful, and referred me to Jody Canupp (one of the Real Estate agents with Tami Holmes). Jody carefully listened to all our wants and needs. She developed a strategic plan for us which allowed us to sell our home quickly and move into our dream home. Not a day goes by that we do not appreciate the hard work and dedication Jody showed us in making our dream a reality. Jody is very passionate about helping people. She was very patience with us as we went through the selling and buying process at the same time. Thank you Jody for what you did for us. We will never forget you!

ZillowVERIFIED We recently sold and bought a home with Tami Holmes Realty. Jody Canupp was our realtor. We have used her before for another purchase. She always makes the process smooth. We had a few bumps along the road with the purchase of the new home. Jody was on top of things. She was very quick to respond to all questions that we had. She came up with solutions as needed. Without Jody's fast response time and ability to always be available. We may not have found our forever home. Jody will always be our go to!

ZillowVERIFIED We recently sold our home in Huber Heights,OH with Tami Homes Realty. Our agent was Jody Canupp. She did an amazing job helping us find the perfect buyer in a pretty competitive market. She made the process as smooth and stress free as possible. The team did everything they could to market the house so we could get the best deal possible. I can't thank Jody enough for her patience and kindness every step of the way. Cortneigh was also wonderful. Between her and Jody, they were quick to respond to all the paperwork and any negotiation between us and the buyer. They answered all our questions and were always available when we needed them. They are a top notch team and would hire them again in a heartbeat for any real estate needs we might have. In the end, we sold our home for the exact amount we were hoping to get. You can't ask for much more than that. A big thank you to everyone at Tami Homes Realty who worked so diligently to sell our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Traci Stoll helped me buy my previous home and I couldnt think of anyone else to reach out to when it came to deciding to sell my house and build a new one. Building was an overwhelming process, especially with having to sell a home as well. I leaned on Traci for her recommendations through out the process which was a huge help for me. The rest of the team helped making closing on both my sale and purchase and I cannot recommend Tami Holmes enough!

ZillowVERIFIED We made an excellent decision to contact Tami Holmes realty when we decided to sell our rental property. We were put in contact with Jody Canupp to handle the listing. Jody made the entire process from start to finish so easy we wished we would've decided sooner to sell. The property sold in no time and for more than asking. The entire team working on our listing did such an amazing job communicating every step along the way. We couldn't be happier or more grateful!

Tami did an outstanding job for us selling our home in about 3 weeks. The Title Company we had to work with (selected by the buyers agent) was less than professional and the schedule the buyers had because they were moving in from a long distance was changing and somewhat difficult. Tami did an excellent job of keeping them in line and at the closing, Tami actually had to assist the closing agent with the correct signing of the documents. Yeah, she really knows her stuff!!! We highly recommend her if you are buying or sellyng a house.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm a first time home seller and needed to sell a house I was no longer living in. I checked the local realtors and found Tami Holmes Realty that had many positive reviews. My agent was Jody Canupp. She went over the selling process with me, looked over my house and suggested a selling price. Listing had many photos and even a 3D walkthrough. The house was sold within two months which is good considering it was winter! I felt communications were prompt and courteous. They answered my many questions through the selling process. I will probably have two more homes to sell within the next 5 years and will use the Tami Holmes team again.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked for the team for many years and see the inner workings of all aspects, I personally know we do the most amount of marketing on a home to get it sold and wouldn't work or do business with anyone else. You get all the bells and whistles at the same cost as using an average agent.

ZillowVERIFIED My agent was very aggressive in get me to sign up and list through their agency. Once I signed up I had to ask them to do an open house, and the overall time spent on getting people through the house seemed to be a struggle. The house needs work and is a starter home and just did not seem to be a priority. Market timing was bad, we listed the property just as the interest rates were going up and close to the start of the school year. These factors had an impact. It was the lack of communication and the overall perceived effort to sell the property I had the issue with. I told my agent I was going to cancel the contract through an email and she responded with OK quicker than any other correspondence through email. This showed the lack of interest to me in selling the property.

Each was extremely professional, each was highly knowledgeable, and each was readily available by phone, text or email. The Tami Holmes Team is a sellers' "dream team". I cannot say enough good things about Tami's leadership, Haley's finger-on-the-pulse, Taylor's agility, Jim's incredible photography, and all the others who raise the bar of excellence on a daily basis. We highly recommend the Tami Holmes Team as your real estate company!

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home within this past year was very challenging but our realtor Jody Canupp was the best. She was knowledgeable regarding every property we look at, was available to us every time I called to see a property that I had driven by. Even when I was so frustrated due to the numerous people looking at houses in the Beavercreek area she would always have something to say that would ensure we would find that perfect house. I appreciate all she did for us and her outstanding attitude. Everyone would be lucky to have a realtor like her and I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED This is the first home that I've ever purchased and without Traci Stoll, I would never even have tried. She convinced me that I could find a home for just about what I was paying in rent, and she was right. It took a few homes to find the right one, but we did it and I love it!!! Traci did some great negotiating to get huge dead tree down and a termite treatment, along with some plumbing under the sink. I would recommend Traci and the Tami Holmes team to anyone who's looking to buy or sell.
