ZillowVERIFIED Absolutely the worse agent I've dealt with. Do not go to him if you are looking for an investment properties. He just puts all of his properties on an excel sheet, and when ever you ask him questions, he says to refer to the excel sheet; he does not answer any questions related to the property, and has limited knowledge of the surrounding areas. On the excel sheet, you can see dozens of other people looking at the same properties you are. He often sends out bad deals and pressures you to put an offer in to "lock it up", when the numbers clearly don't work out. He's also sent me a bunch of properties in Hilltop (the warzones of Columbus) and pressured me to put an offer in. If you're looking to purchase an investment property, look elsewhere.
