Remington Lyman has a true passion for real estate and experience with residential and rental properties. An OSU graduate, Remington Lyman knows the Central Ohio area well and its many great communities. His goal is to make the process as seamless as possible for his clients-whether they are looking for a move-in-ready home or a diamond in the rough, or if they want to maximize the return on their home sale. He resides in Old North Columbus with his wife, Ellen, and daughter Vivian and never misses a Buckeye game!

Community Involvement

I'm actively involved in the Columbus community through mentorship, civic engagement, and local initiatives. I mentor Ohio State student-athletes and young professionals through programs like the Center for Real Estate and Fisher Real Estate Society. I've established a $100,000 endowment fund supporting the Ohio State Rifle Team and regularly host community meetings for the Schumacher Place Civic Association. I'm also involved with organizations like the German Village Society, Friends of Schiller Park, the Parsons Area Merchant Association, and the Urban Land Institute. Through my business, I aim to create opportunities for others and support neighborhood-focused growth and development.

HOBBIES/INTEREST

Outside of work, I enjoy real estate investing, mentoring, and building businesses. I stay active with golf, squash, and following Ohio State athletics. I also enjoy podcasting and content creation, as well as traveling. A big part of my free time is spent outdoors, hunting, fishing, and just getting outside when I can.

FAMILY

Family is a major priority for me. I'm a husband and a new father, and I value spending quality time at home while continuing to build a life and business that creates long-term stability and opportunity for my family

Marc was awesome to work with. Buying a home can be stressful, but he made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. Hes super organized, stayed on top of timelines, and always kept me in the loop on what needed to happen next. He also really knows the Columbus market. Min did an outstanding job finding me my first rental property. He was very responsive and has great negotiation skills. He helped me through the whole process including coordinating with the lender, title company, inspection company and PM.
