My experience with Mr. Moderne was awful. I asked to change the selling price and he did not change it. He does not listen, is rude and brushes u off. I felt he treated me like a dumb stupid old lady. I could say more.but I won't.

He never showed my house and never informed me of inspectiond date. After first deal fell thru took him 2 weeks to put it back on market. He never returned calls and was just horribley rude. I'm just glad I don't have to deal with him anymore but he sure made a good profit from me just by listing my house. I dealt better with the other agent that represented the buyer she kept.me informed of what was going on. Would not recommend him!!!

ZillowVERIFIED This was the 3rd home i have sold and by far this was the easiest sale. Jon is very knowledgeable of the area and knew he would have no issues selling my house. The house was on the market for a week, had over 15 viewings, and had 2 offers. A couple days later we signed a contract to sell.Jon made a full 3D scan of my house so you could actually walk thru is prior to seeing it in person. Was amazing how good that turned out. I would highly recommend Jon and his team to any one for buying or selling a home. I know it was the best decision i made and you will not regret it.

ZillowVERIFIED I DO NOT recommend Jon Modene. My husband and I hired him to sell our house and were COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED due to the following reasons. 1. Jon repeatedly ignored our calls and text messages. There were numerous instances in which we contacted him and either did not receive a response at all, or the response was days later. 2. Jon made no attempts or suggestions to lower the price of our house after it had been on the market for months. He never contacted us to discuss why the house was not selling or what we could do to bring perspective buyers to the house. 3. Jon wanted to rent our house out with himself as the property manager. He listed our house as aEUR~for rent WITHOUT our permission. We NEVER agreed to rent the house and never signed a contract allowing him to change the listing. 4. The contract he wanted us to sign in regards to renting the house stated that we would pay him $2,250 per month to manage the rental! This is the entire amount we would have rented the house for had we decided to. When we contacted him about this and rejected the contract, he tried to convince us that we simply read the contract wrong and he made 2 attempts to get us to sign that contract even though he had not corrected that aEUR~mistake. 5. We asked him to lower the price of the home by $5,000. Rather than doing this, he added too many zeros and listed that house at $2, 749,000 rather than $274,900!!! This price of almost 3 million dollars is now part of the houses price history! 6. Not only did he make this HUGE mistake regarding the price, he NEVER responded when we contacted him about this. He fixed the price, however, he never apologized. In our opinion, it is inexcusable for a realtor to make such a mistake and fail to apologize. 7. We received a lease-to-own offer on the house, however, Jon never contacted us about this. The only reason we knew about it was the automatic emails we receive when any feedback is given on the house. 8. Due to Jons failure to fulfill his responsibilities, we ended our contract with him. When we sent our new realtor to the home to pick up our house key, it was gone. When the sign and lock box were removed from the home, the key was removed as well. I contacted Jon to find out where our key was, and he did not respond. I am truly mystified by the incompetence and lack of professionalism we encountered with Jon Modene and will never recommend his services to anyone. .

ZillowVERIFIED Did not return calls, texts or emails for days. Explained to him that I was unable by phone during the day and could only text and email. My employer does not allow me to be on my phone while at work. Very poor communication. Also contacted his office assistant. She said that he would contact me and never did. Emailed her 3 days in row and advised her that he did not contact me. She assured that me that he would and he never did. I'm glad that he is not selling my house. If he was selling my house I would be very upset that he doesn't call buyers back. I intended to have Mr. Modene act as my representative because he was the listing agent of the property I was interested in. I wanted to deal directly with the listing agent.
