Amy Clark and Mallory Watson were really a great team to work with. We spoke with Amy very early on about the timing for listing our house and she expertly helped strategize based on the current market conditions and our timing. Mallory assisted us with the checklist to ready the house/property to look its best, including lining us up with a contractor to help with some odd jobs. They communicated with us frequently and were open to making adjustments to our plan and pricing as needed to accommodate changes in our moving timeline and the market. They helped us juggle simultaneous bidders and were instrumental in making the final deal come to fruition when the buyer's agent basically dropped the ball; the deal would not have been saved if Amy and Mallory hadn't stepped in expertly and professionally to get it back on track. Amy and Mallory make a great team, each offering strengths that compliments the other through important real estate transactions. We always felt that they had our interests at the forefront and for that we are grateful. We were very satisfied with the work and effort they put forth to help us sell our property. I was excited, needless to say. The for sale sign went up in our yard......then we were told to stay in place for COVID 19. Oh no!! This house will never sell. Not to worry.....the Clark Group found us a buyer and we closed within the 120 days. Everyone lived happily ever after! A BIG thank you to the Clark Group. ZillowVERIFIED We cannot begin to thank Amy Clark and her team enough for the time and effort they gave us when we listed our house. When we originally thought about listing the house, Amy's team of specialists came in and gave us an honest evaluation of what we really needed to do. Originally, we were working with a different realtor who gave us little to no advice on what to do to maximize our sale price. Mallory Watson, the listing agent, was very diligent and kept in constant communication throughout the process. The staging specialist, Lorie Clark, has a fantastic eye for color (we wanted to brighten the home before listing), as well as a great sense of taste in staging accessories for the home. Room by room, Lorie gave us a list of recommendations. This made the process so much easier and kept us focused on the process. We had already planned to replace the roof prior to listing, and again, Amy had a contact that provided a great looking updated roof for the home, at a cost lower than what I was able to find on my own.After completing the updates, we listed our home at a much higher price than we could have without the updates. We listed on a Friday afternoon, and were under contract by midday the next day, with a sale price OVER list. We closed exactly 30 days later, no glitches.Throughout the process, even before officially listing with Amy, her team was in constant communication. Every time we reached out, we would have a response within an hour or two, if not immediately. We will be downsizing in a couple of years and will not hesitate to contact Amy Clark for our real estate agent again.

They made our choice easy to give them our business. Once we made our decision they went above and beyond what we thought their team could offer. To give an example, the day before our showings began we had a leak by our back patio door. We were set to go on vacation the next day and were panicking on what we were going to do. We called Mallory and she told us to go on vacation and she would have someone take a look and fix it. We were shocked! They took care of it and we had an offer that first week. Near closing time, the buyers had problems with their loan company approving their building contractors. That contract had to be terminated, but Amy sold the property again in three days. From beginning to end, Amy and her staff were in close communication and responded quickly to all requests and changes.
