Started with the excellent marketing of the house (I probably viewed it 50 times). I was relocating out of state and had to have several things taken care of during the selling process that included a new roof that needed to be installed during this. Scott's local resources made things seamless for me as I worked in Michigan. Scott made the connections, things got done and the house was sold!! I highly recommend Scott. Review I don't even know where to start with expressing my gratitude to Scott! He stuck with my FiancA(C) and me for months trying to find us not just a home, but a place we could start a family. We picked the worst time to search for a home, during a pandemic, but that did not stop Scott for one minute! He was texting us houses that weren't even on the market yet to see if we liked them so we could be the first people to view it. It didn't matter if it was a Saturday night or Monday morning, he made time to be available to show us places and keep us always updated on the housing market. His response time on texts, emails and calls was unmatched too! We wouldn't have closed on our new house yesterday if it wasn't for Scott! We truly had the best Realtor!

The process was overwhelming, but when I saw that Scott had quickly sold a house down the street that had previously been on the market for a very long time with another realtor, I knew who I wanted working for us. From day one, he was was honest, clear, and extremely good at communicating. We were so pleased with the photos of the house, as well. Scott listened to what we HAD to have and what we WANTED to have and helped to us to find and great property that took care of both list. During our negotiations the seller was pretty difficult to deal with and Scott made sure that the final deal was fair for us. His vast knowledge about all things real estate made what could have a become a difficult process, fairly easy and uneventful.
