ZillowVERIFIED We went with Brian because he did not try to force us to sign a contract with him before we were ready, The other agents I interviewed used high pressure tactics to try and get us to sign on our first meeting. He also knew the area well and listed our house at a more appropriate price. My favorite thing was the amazing video he had done! Our house sold on the first day and for well over asking price. If you are looking for an agent I highly recommend you at least meet with this guy before you go with anyone else!

On our first meeting he indicated that he may have an interested buyer. We sold our home without the need of a single showing. That worked out fantastic as our house was filled with moving boxes and in no condition for pictures or open houses.
