Review I was a first time home buyer in the the summer of 2021 and I received fantastic support from Annie through the entire process. For any property I had an interest in or questions about she was extremely prompt and knowledgeable. In viewing a number of houses she was helpful in pointing out some of the issues with a property (poorly finished DIY jobs) not just the positives. Even with the tough competition of this summer, with her help, the first house I put an offer in got accepted. Had an issue with the initial home inspector but Annie was able to get it resolved on an extremely short time frame.

The options he showed me were properties I was actually interested in and very little time was wasted searching. He had 3 written offers for me in two weeks and the house sold. That wasn?t going to happen if I hadn?t gone with Tyler. Review I first connected with Tyeler through Zillow after saying I was interested in a listed home. We scheduled a showing that night at 8 PM. The next day he had already set-up an MLS profile and was working with me to find out more about what I was looking for. That weekend Tyler showed me 8 houses working with me to find out what it was I was really looking for in a house. His demeanor and personality are super friendly which makes him an extremely great realtor as he shows a true interest in what his clients want vs some who are just interested in getting that final sale. I have recommended Tyler to multiple people I know looking to buy or sell a home. While in the end, I didnt get to work directly with Tyler due to him getting extremely busy, he put me in great hands with a friend/teammate and stayed involved in my entire process, and still came to my closing. I could not have asked for a better realtor and group to work with!

Review Tyler is fantastic! As a first time homebuyer, I started my home buying process with a different realtor. It was terrible. I felt pressured and had no guidance. Luckily, I was matched up on Tyler on Zillow to show me a house. What a breath of fresh air! He is very friendly, outgoing, knowledgable, professional, and organized. I never felt pressure to buy anything. There were evenings where I would be really indecisive and he was there to talk me through my anxieties and always answered all my question (even though some of them were really silly). I ended up finding a house I loved after a few months of hunting and will be moving in a month! BOTTOM LINE: TYLER CARES ABOUT YOU FINDING YOUR DREAM HOME. He sells homes because he enjoys making people happy by seeing them find their dream home. I highly recommend him for anyone. If you are a first time homebuyer who has no clue like me, I especially recommend him because he CARES. It?s not about making money on you. You won?t be taken advantage of because you have no clue. If I could give him ten stars I would. Seriously. ***SIDE NOTE: I also suggest working with the team of people he works with for mortgage, etc. They are really great people as well.

He had an immediate easy vibe, so we decided to have him list our home and continued to have him find a home for us. Tyler was able to find a buyer for our home without even listing our property. Pretty unusual, but it is obvious he has a large network in the real estate industry (all aspects) and knows our region well. Selling our home and buying another went as smooth as one can expect.
