No complaints with my selling company. My mother passed away on the day we were supposed to sign on the sale of the house. Made everything more difficult but got through to the sale of the home without too much trouble

ZillowVERIFIED James is amazing. He's very responsive and reliable, extremely knowledgeable, and has been infinitely patient, encouraging and helpful as I've gone through every phase of my home-buying process, entertaining all my different ideas: country, city, lakefront, new build, reno, condo, etc. He's a good listener, answered all my questions, and taught me a lot about real estate as a first-time buyer. Anytime I wanted to see a home he'd make it happen immediately. He even showed my parents a home (the one I bought) when I was out of town. I really appreciated his expertise in the negotiation process; he gave me very good advice and I got the house I wanted. As a realtor he doesn't have a single weakness, and he's one of the nicest, friendliest, most humble guys you've ever met. I highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Young Mr. Marzo is a real fireball - delightful and full of charm & energy, he really knows his stuff and works tirelessly! He helped my mother & I find an affordable but decent house after my father suddenly died, and was a joy to work with/really eased the process...And my mother says: He will work with you even if you are a widow, are poor, or have special needs - he's not there just for the big sales, he's there to take care of the client.

ZillowVERIFIED Finding the perfect home can be very stressful, time consuming and complicated, but having James by our side through this experience has been such a stress reliever. He could tell when you first walked in if you got a bad feeling about the place and also we really liked a place. When we first walked into "That Home!! " It was a happy, at home feeling and as we walked through my husband and I both knew it was the house. James made buying a very easy process, always texted or called to see how we were and any little updates he would let us know. He made this a fun experience and I want to say Thank you so much James for helping my family and I find our forever home!!

ZillowVERIFIED I dont even know where to begin this review.. my fiancA(C) and I had been wanting to buy our forever home for a year and I just so happened to come accros James on a Facebook post. I went out on a limb contacting him knowing we had some things we needed to pull through and take care of before actively searching. At one point in time we had given up hope, until James popped into our lives with all of his enthusiasm and positivity! He never gave up on us or all the forks that were stuck in our road! He was available at all hours and there to answer any questions, no matter how stupid or annoying they were! Lol. Our experience with James Marzo is one we will always remember! We felt like this experience was personal and not just another sale to him. I'm so happy to finally say we found our forever home for our family thanks to him! When you buy with James, you will laugh with James! His personality will catch you from the beginning! We didnt only find the most amazing realtor, but also a friend! Look no further, youve found THE BEST!

ZillowVERIFIED Let me tell you something about Mr James Marzo! This guy is an absolute knockout!! He is one of the most personable business men I have personally dealt with. I work everyday in the customer service and sales industry and know that customers/clients can be a bit of a head. I say this because I was quite the particular consumer when it came to a home purchase. He made himself available at all hours of the day and made sure to have everything handled in a timely matter! I couldnt imagine being any happier with my selection of a real estate agent! I want to say that, if there is anyone out there looking to work with/ considering James as their agent, HE'S AMAZING!! Call him, shop with him, laugh with him, celebrate with him! You can trust him with any task and know he is looking out for your best interest. Just a fantastic way to due business.
