I am a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in the state of Ohio. I have lived in Ohio my entire life – I grew up in Zanesville and New Philadelphia where my family still reside. I went to Ohio University and have a Bachelor of Science in Communication. I moved to Columbus in 2003 and fell in love with the city. I live in Grandview Heights with my family and am familiar with all the metro and surrounding areas both new and well-established neighborhoods. I know how exciting it is to own a home. I bought my first home at 24 years old and now have three investment properties along with my primary residence. Owning real estate can have a positive impact on your financial plan but I also know the precautions to take when investing in your primary residence, second home, or investment property.
