ZillowVERIFIEDAmy Wengerd is an elite real estate professional. Working with Amy and her team is a real joy. She's proactive and creative, always thinking outside the box. We went to her with a specific idea of what we wanted in a new home, and where we wanted to it to be. We highly recommend Amy and look forward to working with her again.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience working with Amy is as a contractor and its clear that her team goes above and beyond for thier clients. I have worked on projects where they should probably be called project managers because they take such great care to make sure their sellers can get top dollar. They are aways telling me about the final vision and what it would mean to their client when its complete. Because of this I consulted with her on a potential real estate transaction that was not im my best interest. My wife and I were considering a rental property, and Amy got me in touch with a lendor and after running the numbers it would not make sense for my family at this time. Her expertise in this area proved invaluable. I will recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED We used an agent from the Amy Wengerd group by the name of Chris because of a recommendation from a friend and COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!! Chris is an amazing agent who ALWAYS responds to my texts or calls almost instantly at hours I wouldnt expect even. He was very knowledgeable, very patient as we were first time home buyers and he made us feel very comfortable in asking questions that were most likely silly questions and never spoke degradingly or down at us. He was also very patient as we looked at almost 20 homes before finding one, and was awesome at getting us showings rather last minute. Could not speak highly enough about him.

ZillowVERIFIED Elizabeth Rice with eXp Realty with Amy Wengard group was amazing! she was there from the start answering all my questions. Asking what location i was looking for, the range or money i needed to stay in and what type of house i was looking for. we hit some bumps in the road because of a certain lender that i wont name. once i went with another lender though it was smooth sailing. she was awesome at keeping the sellers and the sellers agent up to date with what was going on as we went past the originally closing date by quite a bit. i would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new home!

ZillowVERIFIED I workes with Amy's team, and had the pleasure to have Sara Greer be my agent. Her knowledge and professionalism made me confident in my purchase and comfortable with all of the steps along the way. Sara is a great advocate for her buyers and demonstrated this with her help of negotiating the inspections, the repairs, and the details of the property. I cannot highly recommend her enough.

ZillowVERIFIED My agent Alison Dixon was wonderful. She was very responsive and was available when we needed her. She was very knowledgeable about the market and where we needed to come in with our offer based on the comps in the area. She had a wonderful personality and was always pleasant to interact with. I felt like she was going through the process with us throughout, like she was buying the house with us which was reassuring and took a lot of the stress off. Her attention to detail was great and her recommendations for inspector(s) and lender were outstanding. The company Amy Wengerd did a great job helping us understand what the process would be and congratulating us once everything was done. They walked us through the entire process and were always available to answer questions or help clarify information. I will be recommending Alison and the Amy Wengerd company to Friends/Family and anyone looking for a great real estate experience. Alison found us our forever home and we are so glad we got the opportunity to work with her. Thank you so much Alison. Thanks again, Melody and Vincent Gibson

ZillowVERIFIED We would like to thank Amy Carriker for taking a lot of time and patience during the past months. It took us some time to find the right house with the features and price. Amy gracefully had a lot of knowledge and thoughts of why one house would be better than another. The ultimate decision was ours. She could be reached pretty much day or night and on weekends, which was really nice. If you, too, are patient, you will find the home you are looking for. Thank you, Amy Wengerd, for having Amy Carriker on your staff. Larry and Brenda

ZillowVERIFIED Chris was great to work with, after losing bids to multiple bidders on a couple homes we felt discouraged by the whole process. Chris assured us we would find a home that satisfied our requirements. Chris works feverishly 7-days a week and is always available to answer questions. Once we found a home and offered a bid Chris worked hard until it was accepted and locked in. The underwriting process is lengthy and stressful but Chris continued to assure us everything was fine and moving along as expected. I recommend the Amy Wengerd real estate group to anyone and especially Chris Mulqueen. Thank you Chris and the entire group at Amy Wengerd (exp Reality).

ZillowVERIFIED The whole Wengerd group made the process of buying our first home SO MUCH EASIER than we thought it could be! Ashlee especially went above and beyond to explain everything to us (like a million times) and helped us understand every bit of the massive amounts of information that was thrown at us from THINKING of buying, to looking at homes and closing on THE ONE. ZillowVERIFIED Chris Mulqueen did a fantastic job with helping my husband and I with our first home. He answered our messages very promptly. Anytime we wanted to look at a house, Chris made it happen. He was flexible and very patient. He was also very knowledgeable about the big ticket items such as the roof or windows on whether they were in good condition or needed attention. If I had to do it again I would pick Chris. Cassie was really great with giving us everything we needed to know with closing. She helped with homeowners insurance, when to put utilities in our name via email. Anytime we had questions, The Amy Wengerd Group was available to help us.

ZillowVERIFIED I had the pleasure of working with Melissa Kaufman of the Amy Wengerd group when my husband and I decided to buy. A simple click on the "request more information" changed our lives! Melissa was in contact with us the next day, and by that afternoon we were looking at the house. Melissa understood the unique needs of my extended family and our medical concerns and worked diligently to help us find the right home. She put us in touch with everyone we needed along the way, too, from financing to title to appraisal and more! What's more, we also sold our previous home with Amy Wengerd, too! The house across the street from ours had sat on the market for a YEAR with another agency, and we were worried that we would be in the same boat. Amy Wengerd's team sold our home in 3 months! Amazing is all I can say!

ZillowVERIFIED The experiance was great off the start, pitcures were amazing. My agent was more so to text me responses other then phone calls. She had also text me about a home offer, which ended up being an offer for another client. I found that to be unperfessional and was all most means to find a new agent. Futher more i found my own home buyer through Facebook and showed the home and found them a lender. When i asked my realitor if she would drop her commision due to my efforts she replied " that would be on the buyers end to drop their commison".

ZillowVERIFIED We are early in the process but all has gone well. We found the home and our agent set up the appointments. She is helpful and knowledgeable and the back office team is off to a great start. My impression is that this is a very professional approach to a business that I have been less than impressed with in the past. That is what I wanted and that is what I am getting. I will most likely list my current home with this group in the near future. We have not found any problems with the services provided so far.

ZillowVERIFIED We are so happy that we chose to call Amy and her group first! Elizabeth Rice went above and beyond to make herself available and to secure the showings we requested. She worked around our hectic schedules to take us all over three counties in our search for a new home! Response time was almost immediate, and when we chose a home listed by a rather "difficult" agent, she professionally but persistently kept on it to get us the info we needed to secure the deal and close on time. Nick Rock came to the house we were selling, explained their process, and made us feel confident in our choice of agents. He gave us some suggestions to improve buyer appeal and got us on the market quickly. We were under contract in less than 3 weeks! He was always very quick to respond to questions, no matter what or when. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do I hope these two are still in the business!
