ZillowVERIFIEDMy wife and I were looking to move to the Youngstown area and met Jen Jordan with the Holly Ritchie team. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. After several showings and a few offers made, we finally went under contract and closed on the perfect house! Jen assisted (often over the phone because we were moving from out of town) immensely in the offer process, as well as all the work preparing to close. She was always readily available and always returned our texts/calls promptly.? We are grateful for the opportunity to work with Jen in the home buying process and would recommend her to anybody else who is looking to buy a house in the Youngstown area!

Holly Ritchie and her realitors made the selling of our home quick and easy they did all the work and in a quick and correct mannor. Hollys team also works with the best title agencys and makes sure all the paper work is right the first time. She brought in quality buyers and our home was sold in less then 2 weeks. This area is blessed with many good realitors but I will always use KW Chervenic.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently bought a house thanks to Deb Gavin of the Holly Ritchie team. She was very polite and resourceful, and always replied back to my many questions in a timely manner. She was immensely helpful throughout the entire process. When I move again I will certainly be using the Holly Ritchie team, especially if Deb Gavin is still there.

ZillowVERIFIED If you were looking for a hotel and could choose between a 1 and 5 star rating, wouldn't you pick the 5 star? The same comes to working with a real estate agent, why not pick a 5 star agent if you can?? Holly Ritchie is hands down a 5 star agent!! Holly and her team (specifically Meghan Ritchie) helped me last year when I was looking for a condo. They are so good that it took them a half hour to show me one that they had just listed that morning and then I made an offer. Holly and Meghan are fast, knowledgeable, caring people who put you first and help you to find exactly what you are looking for. I look forward to with them again in the future!!!

ZillowVERIFIED She was very helpful, polite, honest, kind and very commited to her work. She showed me plenty of houses until we found our dream home. She was very patient and made sure we were happy with our house. If it wasn't for her we wouldn't of gotten our beautiful home and we love this house so much.

ZillowVERIFIED It was my first home purchased in NE Ohio. as a first time home buyer there are many things that you may not be aware of how they work. so my advise get yourself an agent! Holly and her team did a fabulous job of communicating and explaining. There were some hiccups, which is is to be expected, when doing a transaction of this magnitude and it was at this point that I realized why Holly Ritchie and her team are experienced and successful agents. When a problem arose, Holly went out of her way to be as professional and understanding as possible. Kudos Ladies!! We are now in our new home and could not be happier! Call this team if you want results

ZillowVERIFIED Holly was simply amazing! We are convinced that our house would still be listed for sale if it hadn't been for Holly and her team. She is creative, responsive and puts the needs and hopes of her sellers first.

ZillowVERIFIED Holly made a bad situation turn into a relief. She was a blessing from the beginning. I was sure we wouldn't sale for at least a year and I was prepared to take a very large hit compared to what we were asking. The offer we got was great and she closed the sale in a little longer then 3 months from the time we listed it on the market.

ZillowVERIFIED Do not even waste your time with anyone else. She is the Best!! Holly had to show us at least 100 homes before we bought our home. She was available to us day and night and only a call away. I highly recommend her for buying or selling!!! Thank you, Holly!!!

ZillowVERIFIED This lady has been so helpful in proceeding through the sale of our property. She left no stone unturned in working on this project. Our property wasn't easy to sell but she still continued to give us her best. Would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell a property. We are in the process of getting the paper work completed for our sale. Expect to be finished before too long.
