ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I needed to sell our house as we had just put an offer on our new house as a contingent based on the sale our our home I performed an internet search and Brad was on the top of the list as a proven deliver! This was so true! Brad came out and we listed he had his photographer come out the next day the house listed, we had one showing and I know for sure they made an offer because Brad reached out to them quickly he convinced them to make an offer! We got our asking price the Brad knew our house was worth! Brad is extremely experienced and understands how the process works and how to close the deal I will only use Brad going forward fantastic experience!

We never felt any pressure from his side and he also helped with the negotiation on the price in a professional way to get us a good deal. I would recommend him to any of my friends if they are looking for a home in the Cleveland region.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I are first time home owners. Brad worked quickly with us since we wanted to find a house ASAP, but that did not stop him from checking all of our boxes!!!!! I was previously trying to work with another mortgage company and they took a whole week and still did not get me pre-approved for a loan. We started working with brad, and him and his team got us pre-approved within HOURS without a co-signer. We found a house within 3-5 days of working with him. Although it took us such little time to find us a house, Brad made sure we did not settle. Amazing realtor, with a great team behind him. 10/10 highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED We used Brad to sell our home. He knew the market and priced the house properly. He had a very good marketing strategy and a very broad network of people to contact in regards to the selling of our home. The house went live on the market on a Thursday and we had a full price offer 3 days later on Sunday with another offer coming. He then helped guide us through the Closing process and offered us good advice along the way to help get the deal done. He was always available to answer our questions and was very good at getting back to us if we left a voicemail or text. He was very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends. He is also going out of his way to help us find a realtor out of state to help sell my in-laws home. I would definitely consider him a top notch realtor who has his clients best interest in mind.

ZillowVERIFIED Brad was available any time we wanted to see a house. He knew what we were looking for and emailed every new listing that came out. When we found the one we eventually purchased he coached us to be aggressive in our bid and it worked out great. Now he's helping my daughter and son in law find their new home and is listing their current one.
