Aaron knew more about the area of the home I was selling and the builders of the development than I did. It was a great decision using him. Thanks Aaron!

ZillowVERIFIEDAbsolutely amazing at helping you find and get a home! I was struggling to find a home that I loved and feared not being able to get it when that time came. However, with the help of the Tobias and Andrews group they helped me write a very strong offer that would stand out and get me the house! I am so thankful I used them for my home search and recommend that you do as well!

The Tobias and Andrews Group was able to market our home within 48 hours of calling them. Within just a few days we had professional photography, brochures and many showings! Listed on a Wednesday and reviewing offers that weekend! A great asset to have, lucky to have interviewed them for the job!

ZillowVERIFIED We were so fortunate to have The Tobias and Andrews Group as our Realtor, Trevor helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as we traveled all over to look at homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes or homes that we probably wouldnt be satisfied with. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Trevor was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice/opinions, being honest and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Aaron and he helped us sell our Condo. He worked hard to get us the best price he could that was fair for the market. He was able to get us a home and the transition of selling and buying was perfect, we were able to move from one home to the other without a hitch! One the less stressful moves I have dealt with. He was happy to answer all my questions; and I had a lot of them. If we ever decide to sell again the Tobias group will be our choice for sure!

ZillowVERIFIED We initially reached out to Trevor with some passive questions about looking at some houses, and possibly selling our own house. Trevor was very timely with his response, and he provided us with a wealth of information. His approach was incredibly professional and he made us feel comfortable with the idea of listing our house for sale. Trevor guided us through each step of the process. He made things very easy to understand and was always available to answer any questions we had. We were incredibly happy with the support and guidance Trevor offered. Our house sold very quick considering the market at the time! Trevor's wealth of knowledge regarding the market, along with his individualized strategy for us, were exactly what we needed! I would highly recommend reaching out to Trevor if you're interested in selling your home!

ZillowVERIFIED I would definitely recommend Aaron Tobias. My husband and I were looking to relocate to Columbus. We met Aaron at an open house. We were looking for an agent to help us buy, but had not met the right one yet. We started talking with Aaron that day and I could tell immediately that he was very passionate about his job and he knew what he was doing. He wanted to help us. He set us up immediately with homes to view as he learned the details of what we were looking for. It wasn't long at all that we found the right house and Aaron went to work to make sure we got it as there were multiple offers. He made sure we were at ease as he took care of the entire process. His communication was great. We were impressed with him from start to finish. Truly a wonderful experience because of Aaron. We love our home and are very happy.

We are very thankful to him because he found us our perfect home. From the viewing of the home to the purchase all went extremely smoothly. ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend the Andrews group ( Aaron Tobias ) to anyone who wants pinnace service from a real estate firm that cares about its clients, the network that they have built with other realtors, financial institutions, inspectors is stellar, their knowledge of the process takes the stress out of buying your dream home or selling your stepping stone. It went from a handshake to a friendship for me personally. Thanks Aaron and the Andrews group.

ZillowVERIFIED We were looking at a bank owned property near our home. We contacted Aaron to let him know we were interested. Just hours after the bank listed the property, Aaron had arranged for a showing! There was a lot of interest in the property and Arron advised us on making a fair offer that would be competitive. Despite competing offers, our offer was accepted. There were quite a bit of snags during the inspection process. Aaron was able to help us navigate the process and negotiate the terms of sale with the bank. Buying a home is a stressful process, especially a bank-owned property. Aaron proved himself to be knowledgeable, reliable, responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend Aaron to handle the purchase or sale of your home!

ZillowVERIFIED Aaron blew my wife & I away. I have no better words to say than simply that Aaron works his butt off. He was relentless at finding us our home, often being available to us when other agents wouldn't. The very first home search we were a little skeptical at what he was showing us, but that was only because he was still learning what we needed. We are so glad that we stuck with him after the first set of walkthroughs. Everything after that first set was spot on! It is a stressful process but Aaron's demeanor, expertise, and attentiveness kept my wife and I at ease. We knew he had everything taken care of. When it came time to lock a rate in, he worked hand in hand with an excellent lender (Todd Novosel at Prime Lending) to navigate the volatile market and get us locked in at the perfect rate. I don't have enough kind words to say about Aaron and his crew.

ZillowVERIFIED Aaron helped my wife and I shop for a first home in Columbus, OH. We were new to the area and looking in the 100K price range. Being a graduate student, I could only commit myself to the area for a few years, so it was important that we got a decent deal on a home so that we would get the most out of the investment in the time we had. Aaron proved extremely knowledgeable. He would take us to prospect and immediately begin an analysis of the work needed if work was needed and advise on the purchase. He is one of those guys that knows so much about home purchases you're almost at a loss of words by the time he's done assessing the house. I couldn't recommend him any more. We're likely to move soon and I could only hope to find someone as knowledgeable as Aaron where we end up. Thanks Aaron! Robert & Lucia

ZillowVERIFIED Aaron Tobias has energy to burn! Aaron sold my home in less than two weeks. He gave honest and candid recommendations, and understands the ebbs and flows of the Real Estate market. He is intimately involved with the local market happenings and knew more about the local listings than I did - & it was my own neighborhood! Buyers and sellers cannot put a price on knowledge like that when in a hot market, or even in a slow market. He knows what will give his client the edge and he fulfilled every promise made to me. Like I said, he sold my house quickly and at a better price than I was given by others. I highly recommend him on either side of the table, he's brilliant! I will definitely use him again and continue to recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Aaron was a wonderful asset to my husband and I in the process of selling our home. He was very professional, responsive to all of our questions and/or concerns and took the majority of the stress from selling a home off of us. We were on a very short timeline as my husband was being relocated for his job and it only took 21 days to go by before Aaron SOLD our home. We were very grateful for such a quick sale! Aaron went over and above in getting our home sold for a price we were wanting and ensuring that all inspections, appraisals, etc. were on time and went off without a hitch. Overall, we could not have been more pleased with our experience. We have and will continue to recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor!
