For ranking purposes, we look at the last 3 years of data, emphasizing the last 12 months to rank our top realtors in the US. This ensures we have the most accurate and up-to-date information while also allowing for fluctuations in the market and an agent’s specific business.

Agent ranking criteria are centered around past performance in their specific location. This mainly includes how many successful sales top real estate agents have and how their past clients rate them.

Real estate agents can only join FastExpert if they are licensed. After they are verified, real estate agents are put in order, looking at their past sales performance and how well they represent their clients based on reviews.
