ZillowVERIFIED Dani Berg has been so wonderful throughout the house buying process. My fiance and I have some pretty unique needs, including wheelchair accessibility (a quality that is not very easy to find without having to make some alterations), and I could not believe it when she actually found a house that perfectly checked all of our boxes! And she was able to find it very quickly after our initial phone call, saving us from the long and arduous process that I was warned house buying would be. Before we got started visiting houses, she talked us through the entire process and answered all of our questions with patience and sensitivity while keenly listening to our needs and concerns. My fiance and I were both completely new to this process and it would have been very easy for her to take shortcuts without us realizing it, or to steer us in the wrong direction, but she ended up leading us to what is truly the perfect home. Throughout the later part of the process, she continued checking in periodically to make sure things were going OK and to answer any questions that came up along the way. She was very attentive to our comfort level and never came across like she was just trying to make a sale. I feel truly lucky that we had such a positive experience and it's all due to Dani's expertise and professionalism!
