ZillowVERIFIED Diane is knowledgeable, SUPER responsive, professional, patient, and a great negotiator. We got paired with Diane as a buyer's agent through a Zillow referral after not being super happy with our first Realtor. It was a random pairing, but we are SOOO glad we took the chance on her because she was everything we needed and more. She took the time to answer all our questions (even the dumb ones), educate us on each step of the process, refer us to experts she trusts (since we were from out of state and didn't have any other good references for companies), and follow up with all the various vendors when we hit speedbumps (and we hit a lot of them). She didn't balk once when we asked for a showing lineup of 3-5 homes every weekend and more weekday evenings. She helped us narrow down the neighborhood and type of house we wanted. She was present, pointed out things we might have overlooked in homes, and had experts to come weight in on structural cracks, plumbing, electrical, etc. She was on top of every deadline making sure we were prepared, assuring the appraiser met their deadlines, procuring and sending documentation to the lender, making numerous calls on our behalf when we couldn't get out of work to do it, and in general just stepped in everywhere that help was needed. After we closed, the sellers left an old destroyed couch in the garage and she even coordinated the oversized trash pickup for that. Talk about above and beyond!!! We've bought and sold a few houses already, and she's been the best Realtor that we've worked with. Thrive calls their Realtors "real estate advisors" for a reason. She also used to work directly for Zillow and coach Realtors, so she truly knows the ins and outs of Real Estate. Thrive is also a great company and provided amazing support and backup to her on the few occasions where she couldn't make a showing. We absolutely loved Diane and Thrive.
