ZillowVERIFIEDJeff was absolutely perfect for what I needed in an agent! Honest, hard working, patient, and kind while also not afraid to push me to do what I needed to do anytime I would hesitate too long. He's a fun and quirky person, quick to make people laugh with a wry sense of humor, and that was helpful in making what could have been a scarier process much more fun! He let me do my thing where looking at properties was concerned because that was my preference, but it's clear he has range and can fit many different personality types and home search needs.

ZillowVERIFIED If you want a top notch professional to help sell a property, then Scott is the best. Scott gave us all the information up front, concerning the sale and listing, and was available anytime of the day to answer questions/concerns. Scott provided every detail my wife and I needed to sell our home. Scott told us 30 days to sell, and once we activated the listing we had an offer in 2 weeks. I am still shaking my head at how simple he made the sale for us. Scotts integrity, professionalism, and knowledge of the real estate market is stellar.

ZillowVERIFIED I just want to say that buying a house is stressful. However, Lynsey made it so much better. She pointed out details that a buyer should be aware of as she showed us places. She helped line up things like the inspection, and she communicated everything with clear, concise detail. She did all those things in a charming, professional, and kind manner. I dont just recommend Lynsey, we whole heartedly recommend Lynsey. She is nothing but the best.

I was able to negotiate and find a home all before entering the state via virtual means. I have lived in the my home now for over a month and I could not be happier with the decision, thank you Henry!

ZillowVERIFIED This was the first time using Scott and his team. I was very happy with the way they took charge of some abnormal issues with the buyer's lawyer and the Condos association. They rolled right through the process making this a smooth transaction for us. I would highly recommend Scott for your realty needs. He will be the one who sells our house when the time comes!

ZillowVERIFIED I have a very strict budget and Jeff helped me find the right house for me. He set up an organized everything from the inspection to the showings straight through to the closing. The mortgage broker and the lawyer that he recommended worked perfectly with my situations. His responding to my text messages and phone calls were in a very timely manner. All my questions were answered and if he didn't know the answer which was rare he investigated further and got back to me really quick. I would recommend Jeff to anyone looking to purchase a house.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Jeff on my recent real estate transaction. He is active, fast, and always punctual aEUR" communication was quick and consistent throughout the entire process. Its clear that he really knows the market and has a strong understanding of pricing and negotiation strategy. That said, Jeffs approach can be a bit assertive, which may not be for everyone. His persistence helped move things along and kept everything on track. But if you prefer a more laid-back style, just keep that in mind. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the experience and would recommend Jeff to anyone looking for an agent whos sharp, efficient, and truly on top of his game.

Review for Member: Jim Starwalt & The Star Home Team
ZillowVERIFIED Scott was a tremendous asset to us during our home sale. He is very communicative and explains all variables in a manner that can be easily digested by folks who may not understand the intricate and complex process of selling a home. His follow-up is very timely and specific. We found he is open to any and all ideas, but explain the pro's and con's of each path so you can make an informed decision. The preparation, listing, photography and marketing processes were all efficient and collaborative. Once on the market he kept us updated in a very timely manner so at any time we were aware of the status of our listing. The same clear and in-depth communication continued through the offer process. We ended up with 28 showings and 12 offers due to his strategy of posting a deadline for final and best offers based on the market conditions. During the offer review process he provided a detailed comparison of all offers and was able to rank the top 3 offers. This approach made it clear which was the best offer to accept for our situation. After offer acceptance he maintained close contact and updates through the attorney review, inspection and due diligence period. Of great value were his recommendation for vendors, real estate attorneys and other support areas that saved us the time and effort to research these needs. We also found that when he referred you to someone, it carried value with them based on his relationships and networking. We got issues handled in hours or days that would have taken weeks had we been fending for ourselves. His added value cannot be understated. In summary, Scott is a very professional and successful real estate agent due to his job knowledge, communications skills and personality. We selected Scott based on personal reviews from friends and his online reviews and we know we made the right choice. We give him the highest recommendation possible if you are in the market for a local realtor. He was a pleasure to work with and did an outstanding job! Thanks, Bill Holmes

ZillowVERIFIED We went through two offer processes with Scott. We began with him in March25 and closed by end of May25. I believe Scott put us in position to win both homes, though we had cold feet on the first (great decision). The market was difficult, seller friendly, Scott moved fast for us on ultimately the offer that won our home, that speed put us in great position to win.

ZillowVERIFIED Scott from the very start demonstrated his professionalism and salesmanship as he led us, with patience and personal understanding, through this painstaking process. He responded very quickly to any questions and concerns we had. More importantly, when we had questions he wasn't sure about, he said so and was eager to get them answered. A home purchase is prbably the largest single fiscal commitment a family will make. Scott was able to skillfilly reduce the anxioty throughout the experience. Referral business is the compliment a sales professional can receive, so we will always recommend Scott Straus to anyone looking to purchase a home. Thank you Scott from our entire family!

ZillowVERIFIED Anna was super helpful to my fiancA(C) and I during our first home buying process. I did not know what to expect from the home buying process. Anna answered all of my (MANY!) questions with patience and knowledge. It also helped that she was local to the area we were buying in - she was able to give us additional "local" recommendations for shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. If you're buying in Southeast Wisconsin, I cannot recommend working with Anna enough. She was super responsive and helpful.

ZillowVERIFIED Dallas was so great to work with! She was so accommodating when we wanted to view homes in different towns in the same day. Once she got a feel for what we wanted, she took the time to review and send us many homes that she thought we would love. The home we ended up falling in love with and purchasing was one that she had sent over to us that we had overlooked. Dallas is so easy to talk to and so much fun to look at houses with! I would recommend her to everyone and anyone looking for a home. Thank you so much Dallas! We appreciate you!
