Review Aaron was a great agent to work with and did an outstanding job selling my home and guiding me through the process. He was able to negotiate to benefit both parties during the sale. While the during the winter it does take a bit longer vs spring or summer, Aaron reassured me he would be able to sell my home regardless and he delivered. Aaron was also very familiar with my subdivision and city so it was perfect to have him as my agent. If I had questions, Aaron was quick to give me a give me a callback and keep in touch on providing me feedback to make simple improvements to my home as it was listed. Review Don't walk... RUN. I purchase and sell 2-3 homes a year, and this was by far the most unprofessional experience I've had with any agent. I initially reached out to her on this listing to submit an offer and use her as my agent even tho she was the listing agent. She was rude right off the bat. Getting any type of response was an absolute nightmare. At that point, I decided I didn't trust her to be my agent, so I found another agent to submit the offer. They accepted. Her seller wouldn't sign a simple addendum to add the zip code to the purchase agreement that also stated the deal was NOT contingent on getting a fix and flip loan. Saying the seller wanted to do cash only after they signed and accepted our original offer, where we attached our loan pre-approval. She took about a whole week to communicate this to us even tho my agent was hounding her every day, and she would just leave my agent on "read." This almost single-handedly sabotaged our funding. 2 days before closing, we had a final walk-through with my contractor, and we found the floor had been cut into to gain access to the crawl space and PVC pipes lying around.. We asked what the owner did, and at first, she brushed it off like it wasn't a big deal. I didn't get an answer as to what the owner did and why until about an hour AFTER I signed at closing. I don't believe she did her job with any level of care or attention to detail.

Review She always kept us informed about what was going on with the selling party and what was needed of us to move forward with the buying process. She was also honest and upfront about properties and how she thought they would fit my familys need. One example is a house that we looked at had great potential, but once we got down in the basement you were able to see a huge crack in the wall, she reaffirmed that the crack would be a huge future problem. She would also always check in with how were doing while looking and was very efficient and timely when setting up to look at prospective properties. We would highly recommend her to family and friends.
