ZillowVERIFIEDShe was kind and patient, had a fantastic response time, and overall helped with viewing the homes in a timely manner. She helped my roommate and I look at tons of homes within a smaller time frame than we expected. She helped look at houses between a multitude of different towns and cities. She scheduled each time we went out to view houses in a way that we hit each one in a orderly manner that saved time, which let us view more houses each scheduled viewing day.

ZillowVERIFIED It was beyond amazing. I was a first time home buyer and completely out of my depth trying to figure everything out. She went above and beyond with answering questions and helping me understand everything. She gave me nice simple lists I was able to follow for things I needed to complete and she was always helpful when I asked for help or a question about something (even when I'm pretty sure it wasn't exactly her job for some of my questions). I quite literally messaged her at all hours of the day too. She was quick to give me large lists of houses/condos when I wanted to look at something different or in a different area and always got back to me within a few hours for listing. Honestly I'm so glad I ended up with her. It made a confusing and stressful experience so much better and id honestly have been lost without her.

ZillowVERIFIED Cold called me on an evening asking me to sell my house. I let him give his spiel and politely said I'm all set right now thank you. He proceeded to talk over me telling me what he can do for me. I repeated again I'm all set thank you. And he just disregarded me and kept selling. There are tons of realtors, you dont need a rude, over pressuring realtor that clearly has no clients. Find someone with people skills.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot speak highly enough of Jason Floare. Having him as our realtor during the purchase of our first home was the best decision we could have possibly made. Jason was communicative, attentive, positive, and aided us as a trusted advisor and consultant whose feedback and expertise made a world of difference during this process. Without Jason's guidance and catering to my families search criteria, I'm unsure if we would have arrived at such an incredible home to call our own. We plan on staying for some time, but when we are in market again, Jason is without a doubt, going to be the first call we make. It was truly an incredible experience and we owe Jason immensely for his support, through every step of the way, we felt our best interest was always at heart.

ZillowVERIFIED Rita helped us sell our first home this summer. It was stressful putting our home on the market after we had already purchased our new home, but Rita made us feel confident that it would work out, and she was right. She expertly guided us to multiple offers way over asking! She gave great advice about pricing our home competitively, and really delivered during the whole process. We couldn't have done it without her, and are so glad that we choose her as our agent -- and we hope you will as well!

ZillowVERIFIED Rita represented my wife and I while buying our house in Royal Oak this summer. This is hopefully our forever home and Rita piloted us expertly through this crazy market. We bought our first home several years ago in a buyers market with tons of houses available, but that was definitely not the case this time around. There was no room for errors in the current market and I don't think we would have landed this house without Rita's help. She was always available when we needed help, and made sure to talk us through all of the complex moving pieces to make sure we felt comfortable and understood what was happening in the moment -- and what to expect next. I would highly recommend asking Rita to represent you for your next home purchase, I'm sure glad we did!

ZillowVERIFIED Finding a home during a pandemic wasn't easy but thankfully with Jesse's help we were able to find the perfect home for my fiance and I. We were able to beat multiple other offers with the help of Jesse. He stayed with us through our whole journey, making the process less stressful and more fun for us! He was always fast to respond and answer all questions that we had. Being first time home owners, we were unsure of many things but he took his time with us to make sure we understood it all to the best of our ability. We couldn't be happier!

ZillowVERIFIED Jon made the house hunting a fun experience. Especially in today's market. When we emailed to set up a home on Zillow, I received a text and phone call from Jon within 10 minutes to set up the appointment. For being first time homeowners, Jon took his time to explain the process of buying the home to us. He has great knowledge of the area and listens to what we are looking for. He helped point out any issues you may see with the home. He always calls or texts right back. He is prepared with information on the home prior to the walk through. He brought printed sheet on each home and was able to provide the comp prices for the homes nearby. Any home we wanted to look at, he was able to set up right away. He worked with our schedule and made this about us. If you're looking for a relator, Jon is your man. He will do anything he can to help get you the home of your dreams! John & Jelly

ZillowVERIFIED Charles did an amazing job in helping us find a home. He is intelligent, knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. He answered our calls, messages, emails, in a timely manner even after hours and late at night. We knew we could rely on him at any time of the day. He had extensive knowledge and inside tips of the areas we were looking at which was extremely helpful when finding a home. He also had great knowledge of the construction, electrical, plumbing etc. of homes which was a great asset in deciding between houses. Charles is also very friendly and positive and always greeted us with a smile. He is a very professional person, and you can tell he takes pride in his work and will do whatever he can to make his clients happy. We knew we could put our trust in him in something as important as finding our new home. We would highly recommend Charles as your realtor; you will not regret it!
