When youre dealing with an out-of-state transaction, its the details that really made our listing a smooth process. Including needing to donate some furniture at the end while in contract. We moved out on Sunday, did a finally cleaning on Monday, staged it on Tuesday, photos on Wednesday, and it went on the market Thursday morning and we accepted an over-and-above offer within 6 hours! Even though it was winter when we listed it, when we first met with Allie last summer, she suggested that their team take summer photos in order to showcase the beauty of the lot.
