10/31/2024 Ms. Tami McBerty very competently multi-listed and sold a 6.4 acre property with an approximately 45 year old manufactured home in southern Douglas County, Oregon in a period of time we considered totally acceptable in terms of time elapsed, advertisement, open communications with the several parties involvedaEUR"seller, buyers agent, escrow, contractors, plumbers, whomever was needed. During that period, she communicated pleasantly by phone, email, text and personally, as appropriate, at every step and issue; we were never left guessing or wanting when we needed updates or specific guidance or general information. Her communications were ever timely, brief, clear, and to the point. We asked a big price for the property, and she was candid and helpful in our decision to price the property, so that we soon received an offer we could not refuse. In issues involving needed repairs to update or repair previously unknown damage to the manufactured home, Ms. McBerty worked through addenda to the original sales agreement that were precise and doable and served to expedite agreeable corrections. Her mastery of the latest business technology, e.g., docusigning legal documents, accelerated our seller/buyer timing on every issue needing confirmation. My wife and I could not have been happier with her performance.
