We had a pretty specific list of requirements and we live several hours away from Medford So Michelle had the added task of organizing multiple showings in a short period of time to reduce our need to travel. We purchased our home in May of 2020 so she was also burdened with the added stresses that come with COVID. The first time we met Michelle it was abundantly clear that she knows what she is doing and she truly cares about her clients. Shopping for properties with Michelle was as comfortable as shopping with a friend or family member. When we found the property that we loved there were other offers but Michelle was still confident in her recommendation that we offer the asking price and voila! we were the new owners of an amazing new home that offers so much more than we thought we could afford. We were so happy with Michelle our Daughter recommended her to her father. Michelle sold their home in one day for well over asking price! It was a bitter sweet moment when we signed our final paperwork because we had grown very fond of Michelle but our sadness was short lived because Michelle has continued to stay in touch with us. My conversations with Michelle have only confirmed that she really cares about each and every person that have been lucky enough to work with her. I truly believe that we would have settled for something that we didnt love or we would still be looking if we had not met Michelle.
