ZillowVERIFIEDHe knows the market and what it takes to get a deal done. He pays attention to the details but doesn't get lost in them, was extremely helpful with not only the real estate purchase and sale of our old home but with figuring out all the other things that go with it, like remodeling, moving etc. Would certainly use him again.

ZillowVERIFIED David Case did an amazing job negotiating and acting promptly on the purchase of our dream home. The house is a larger home for our family of 6 with a beautiful view of the valley and 5 acres. There was a lot of interest on the property and I knew we would have to be prepared and act quick. He was aware of it before it even hit the market and helped to ensure we were in a good position to purchase by guiding us get everything we needed done promptly. He turned the stress of buying a home into a joyful memory and experience for our family.

ZillowVERIFIED We bought our home in east Medford using David Case and couldnt be happier with that decision. Not only did he listen thoughtfully to what we were wanting but he was extremely patient when I seemed to want to see every possible option on the market. When we found our home he helped negotiate a good deal for us. We are grateful to have him on our side and wouldnt hesitate to use him again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED When I reached out to David I sent an email at 9pm and was returned with a text immediately. We talked for a bit and I knew he was my realtor. He was on top of it from that first moment. He showed my wife and I land the first meeting and we fell in love with a gorgeous lot. He knew all about the area and had great advice and knowledge about the investment we were about to commit to. Our bank was tough to deal with so David stepped in and finessed the situation when he didnt have to. Because of David we got our dream property! Couldnt ask for a better experience with a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED David is the best realtor Ive ever worked with. He would go out at all times day or night seven days a week. Hes a people person and it shows. At times I felt like I was wasting his time but he never slow down!
