ZillowVERIFIEDVery reliable, hard worker, quick, calm under pressure, big picture thinker, always with a smile, very patient, and backed by a great mentor the venerable Adam Rutledge. I was referred to him by a Portland realtor who was also impressed. He stepped up when 2 other realtors were lazy and gave up. Through the ups and downs he got the job done. Hes still young, will have time to become more aggressive and cut his teeth on bigger deals.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't speak highly enough about Taylor, thank you so much for helping us find our home. Thanks for being honest, trustworthy, and all your help. We weren't sold a home, we were given options to buy one. A few realtors I talked to could really use that understanding.

ZillowVERIFIED It only took us 5 days to find a house working with Logan, just 9 days to have an accepted offer, with a total of 35 days until we closed. Logan was very diligent on getting everything lined up on time for close and working the deal. Logan was very quick to get us into a house for a showing and helped look over the house to see what it had to offer. Could not have had an easier experience with Logan and the Rutledge Property Group.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were looking for a lot to build a new home on and Matt put in endless hours finding us the right spot. Out of Matts control it was a long process trying to close but he stuck it out with us and got the deal done. Would recommend him and the entire team at Rutledge Property Group every day of the week.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a wonderful experience using Matt Pride as my realtor. He was more than accommodating with my schedule, always able to meet if I asked to look at a house last minute, knowledgeable of the houses that were on the market or going to be available soon. Guided me through the process of finding a lender and kept me in the loop on everything that was happening. Highly recommend if youre looking for a house in Southern Oregon.

ZillowVERIFIED While I generally am not one to write 5 star reviews, my boyfriend and I feel like Autumn really went above and beyond to help make our first home buying experience uncomplicated and fun. She was basically on call for us whenever we had a question or wanted to look at a property and was able to respond almost immediately. We felt she did a great job providing us with all the information regarding the properties we were interested and she really did all the research and heavy lifting for us. We had some very specific hopes for the house we were looking for and Autumn really made sure to get us into as many viewings as she could that fit that criterion. I am happy to say that the house we ended up closing on is more than we could have hoped for as first time home buyers looking with a specific budget and in town. We have plenty of property and a newly remodeled beautiful home and the entire process, which seemed daunting at first quickly became a breeze, thanks to Autumn and her knowledge, expertise, and professionalism. Autumn was also great about checking in with us even after we closed on the house to make sure we were settling in okay and to see if we had any questions. If you are looking to buy or sell, reach out to her, I promise you will not be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband I moved here from Colorado in 2016, and just like you, we relied on reviews. After doing research, I noticed that Adam Rutledge had consistent 5 star reviews. Immediately, we knew [based on the reviews] that contacting Adam for home buying would be within our best interest. And it was. He was responsive, flexible, punctual, Very knowledgeable, VERY patient, and most importantly, he had our best interest at heart. He found us the perfect home. A home that couldnt be better. He made the buying process exciting and alleviated all our fears or concerns. Now, fast forward to 4 years later. Due to a recent job change, we are now moving out of state and unfortunately needing to sell our home. We knew Adam was who we needed to contact. And yet again, he didnt disappoint. Once we contacted him to sell, the ball immediately started rolling. He made sure we always had a say, and consistently asked us for our input. Not only was the selling process successful, it was so smooth and incredibly quick. From someone who used Adam for both home buying and selling, I can honestly say he was nothing short of amazing. He gets the job done. Whether youre buying or selling, he makes either process exciting. I promise, you will never have a negative experience with Adam and his team. When we come back to the valley, we will contact him again, theres no doubt about that. Thank you, Adam for being there for our family. Its been a great pleasure working with you. Thank you for welcoming us to Medford with a positive experience and allowing us to leave Medford with a positive experience. We couldnt be more grateful for you and your team! Cheers!

ZillowVERIFIED Adam came highly recommended to me by both my investment advisor and my accountant. He has an established reputation for being one of the best realtors in the Rogue Valley. I was not disappointed. He did a remarkable job from our first meeting to closing. In addition, his staff provide superb support. It was a difficult time to sell a house in the middle of a pandemic, but he persevered through a series of negotiations that he handled brilliantly. He was very communicative throughout the process, which I deeply appreciated and always sought my consultation before moving forward. I highly recommend him without reservation. Choosing him as your realtor is one of the best decisions you will make.

ZillowVERIFIED Adam Rutledge is an expert on real estate realities in Jackson County. I've worked with local experts all over the West Coast and he's the best I have worked with. He's quick; he's professional; and he's kind. That's unusual. I would recommend him any time and I will.

ZillowVERIFIED Adam is very professional and honest regarding our purchasing of a lot and selling our house. He has extensive knowledge of the local market, trends and what it takes to best sell a property. He allows you to dictate what you want and gives you honest feedback. He is very low pressured and is a go getter to make what you want work. He is a tireless individual.I was out of town when our house was in escrow and the buyers had some items that they wanted completed and Adam went above and beyond to get these completed despite me being out of town. We closed escrow early because of his dedication.
