It was not an easy process because my husband and I were not on the same page and both have jobs that our schedule can change from day to day. ZillowVERIFIED Spoke to Simona in 2019 regarding a potential move from Phoenix, AZ to the Rogue Valley. Wife would be retiring in July of 2020. Simona continued to stay in touch during that time period while we also watched for homes of interest on Zillow. Simona managed the offers on two homes, the first of which was rejected for an all cash offer. The second offer, with a contingency for us to come to Oregon to inspect the home within 10 days, was accepted and closed the end of July 2020. Except the closing, everything was handled remotely via DocuSign while we were in Phoenix. With Simona's expertise it all went flawlessly! We would highly recommend her!
