Very professional, engaging, friendly, with a wonderful sense of humor, and they just get it on all levels. She is very detailed oriented and is extremely diligent with follow up. Communication was superlative. She negotiated with the sellers agent with honesty, grace, diplomacy and always kept our interests first. As we were out of state buyers our visits were pretty packed timewise and her team was there whenever we needed them. She went above and beyond in being with me in the house to have the cable installed (it was a new construction home), and at the same time meet with window coverings consultants. Much of real estate is measured by dollars, but measuring by funds is not what matters most in my opinion. It is the trust and relationship. Catherine Rowe brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and contacts to the table. Graham Thomas has amazing skills of the tech side of real estate and a deep understanding of how to navigate in todays market. Their operations team, comprised of Britney Anding and Brian Druihet, were always available and responsive. The team covers each other seamlessly. My home was certainly not their largest project, but they managed to make me feel important, informed, and addressed every issue that arose - from repairs, to meeting appraisal threshold (not easy in a rising market), to successful negotiation with good will on all sides.
