The photography on the house was absolutely beautiful, the sit down with them to discuss the terms was great. Our house was difficult due to the location and the road but they took it in stride and really worked the way that it could be shown properly. What we were unfamiliar with was the open listing where any realtor could show it without our realtor there. Yes just call us old fashioned lol. They responded quickly with a price change when appropriate and did not let it drag on. The house then promptly sold at fair market value. Throughout, a lot of the communication was done by text which at times was difficult for us being old fashioned but all in all the experience was Very positive

He was very helpful prior to listing the house---we did a walk-thru and he shared insights about what to do and what not to do to improve curb- appeal and value, without wasting money on projects that would not likely have a good return on investment. Greg had his own landscaping crew come in and clean up the property prior to listing, which made the property look so much better! And he funded this landscaping work himself. When it was time to list, Greg and his assistant created a beautiful flyer and posted a virtual tour. He even had a buyer lined up to see the property the same day it listed. I had a full-price offer within 4 days. Greg's buyer ended making the offer we accepted, so he represented both buyer and seller in the deal. Though some may frown upon this, I was actually very impressed with the way Greg handled his fiduciary duties to both buyer and seller. I felt well-represented every step of the way.
