ZillowVERIFIEDSkye is an awesome realtor; every step of the way, she was able to leverage her experience and connections to make buying a house an easy and even fun experience! From day one when she thoroughly explained to me what the process would look like for me, a first time homebuyer, I knew that I was in extremely capable hands. I'm really glad that Skye was my realtor, and have learned a lot from her!

ZillowVERIFIED As first time home buyers, Skye was exceptionally adept at helping us purchase our home. We had many questions throughout the process and no matter how stupid we felt asking them, Skye always provided us with answers along with abundant reassurance. The whole endeavor was one of the more stressful events we've undertaken but I wish we could do it again just so we could work with Skye another time. There isn't a better agent available than Skye Flora for your real estate ventures!

ZillowVERIFIED Skye was very compassionate and understanding with us, as we were selling my husbands homestead and it held many memories for him and us. She is very knowledgeable about the market and her expertise helped us to not only get a full price offer, but multiple offers including over list. Our home sold for $5,000 over list. We were ecstatic. I would recommend you hire Skye to help lead you through your journey. She is awesome!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Very personable and a great communicator. I am going to refer her to others that I know since it was such a great experience. She had awesome people she has worked with in the past; i.e. inspector and contractor. Couldn't be happier with her level of service during a very stressful time in a sellers market.

ZillowVERIFIED Skye was our agent for the sale of my mother's home in Medford. Our sale was a special case as in that the property required lots of updating as well as working with me as an out of state seller. Skye was up for all of it. She provided referrals to great contractors and even went above and beyond to take care of things herself which needed immediate attention. Her professionalism is exceptional. When reaching out to me, she was always thorough while also being considerate of my time. Her negotiation of all aspects of the sale was smooth and fair. We sold this home for a great price and in record time. Our expectations were far exceeded. Thank you, Skye!

ZillowVERIFIED Skye was recommended by a co-worker. She is kind, thoughtful, and honest. I needed a lot of hand holding through this process and Skye consistently went above and beyond. Even though we had a limited budget, she treated us like we were buying a million dollar home. I appreciate her professionalism and caring nature. Now that we are in our new home, I miss talking to her. :)

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough great things about Skye! She works exceptionally hard for all her clients...both buyers and sellers! I had so much confidence in Skye had such amazing knowledge, work ethic, honesty, and determination to both sell my home and buy a new home, that I used her for both and if I ever decide to buy/sell again, I will definitely be using Skye! Skye is very honest and if she doesn't know an answer to a question, she will be honest and tell you she doesn't, but she always follows thru and finds you the correct answer immediately! I love how she is very prompt in answering/returning calls and getting you answers to your questions or concerns and easing your fears in buying and selling a home! She consistently touched base with me to let me know what was going on, even if nothing had changed, just so I felt valued and important as her client! I never felt pressured, like I was wasting her time, or that she didn't have mine and my families best interest at heart! Skye doesn't just meet my expectations, she goes far above and exceedingly beyond my expectations and I'm so grateful that we used Skye to both sell and purchase our new home!

ZillowVERIFIED Skye was extremely thorough in EVERY aspect of both purchases ....buying a new house and selling my existing home. She promptly had (or found) answers to each and everyone of my numerous questions; arranged for competent people to handle all inspections and repairs; was always on time for appointments and contract deadlines; she was candid, honest and professional in dealing with every transaction. I would enthusiastically recommend Skye to friends and family without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED Skye was most helpful in helping us wade through the process of buying a home. We are elderly, and had not bought a home in the recent past. She was able to help us understand how things are done now. She went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Skye is such an awesome person and we loved working with her. She was such a help when we were looking for a new home....taking the time to show us homes and not rush us in or out....we felt an honest commitment from her! We feel she really listened to what we were saying. Skye goes above and beyond to do her research so that she can educate the seller/buyer before making decisions. We had such a great experience with her from the beginning to the very end.
