From day one Matt was extraordinary. He was extremely friendly and helpful on the phone. We had a further complication that we live in California and my Dad is in Oregon. We set up a time to meet at Dads home for an appraisal. Matt was amazing, put our minds at ease that they would help us through this difficult time. Matts suggestions were right on target, he walked us through the steps and helped us clean out Dads home to not only make presentable but also after the house sold. Thanks to Matt, we had the home on the market in a week, sold in two weeks and closed in about a month. He advised us along the way on liability issues that were extremely appreciated. We will definitely use Matt again if we need to.
