ZillowVERIFIED I was able to pull off the impossible because of Allie. I bought the first house I put an offer on in a fiercely competitive, fast paced market. I could not have done it without her. Let me repeat that: I could not have done it without her. When I found the home online she had a viewing appointment arranged within an hour of me showing her the listing and met me ASAP to tour the home. I put in a smart offer based on her advice because she knew the market but someone had offered more and their offer was accepted. However, Allie kept reaching out to the listing agent saying if anything happened, I would be ready to step in. A few weeks later, the sale fell through, I submitted an updated offer and went into escrow. Allie was incredibly knowledgeable about our market. While in escrow, and unbeknownst to me, she had been reaching out to solve issues that arose without me ever asking. She was not just my agent, she was a real estate concierge. We had already started the process for a new home build with local builders in a new community when we reached out to Patie for assistance. The process was fairly smooth with large hiccups when it came time to close, not on part of the builder or Patie but the preferred lender suggested by the builders. It was a disaster. After closing 2 weeks late, moving out of our rental and into a storage unit and a family members trailer with 2 small children before we can move into our new home, Patie and Marla helped take some pressure off by offering to cover a cleaning service for our rental we needed to move out of. She viewed the house and shared her opinion before I booked my ticket, including the fact that it was near a street with a fair amount of traffic noise, so I heard the many pros as well as the one possible con.
