ZillowVERIFIEDHonesty, Integrity and Experience, along with amazing team, make Terry Rasmussen the most solid choice for a real-estate agent. His openness, availability, and knowledge, as well as his negation skills made selling the property seamless. 35 years of industry know-how goes a long way, especially in an environment where not everyone works at the same level. Being able to trust and know that he was on my side, was priceless. With Terry, you can expect the best, and get it. 5 STAR PERFORMANCE

ZillowVERIFIED Terry did an outstanding job! He handled the selling of my mother's home so professionally and thoughtfully as this sale was an emotional one for her. He was prompt, follow-through was timely and he always produced an answer to our questions. His negotiation skills were excellent and fair. I HIGHLY recommend Terry! This is the second time that he has sold a home for us, he is awesome!

ZillowVERIFIED When I became a widow a few years ago, Terry stepped up to the plate and helped me with every part of selling my home. It was an incredibly emotional time and he made my experience as smooth as possible. Terry has 34 years of experience and it showed. Even when I was overwhelmed, he stayed calm. He would answer all of my questions and help me through the entire process, step by step. He turned what could have been a stressful process into an enjoyable experience. I then needed Terry's expertise two more times in purchasing and selling a home. Both of those times, he came through just as he had before with great ease, knowledge and joy. I inherited a dear friend in this process and I am so thankful for his help! I HIGHLY recommend Terry and his team to everyone who is thinking of selling or buying a home. He is truly the BEST!!

ZillowVERIFIED I was so overwhelmed at the prospect of selling my home and property alone, but Terry came along side of me and made the whole experience possible by his kindness, gentleness and genuine care. He made me feel like a grandmother in his family. He helped me, called often just to see how I was doing and prayed with me as he saw my apprehension. What a special person he was and I would highly recommend him to any one looking for a realtor that is honest and knowledgeable. Duke

ZillowVERIFIED I had a very select home on the Eagle Point Golf Course. My home had been rebuilt, expanded, and modified in 2017 with many high end and distinct features. Everyone who walked in said "it was the most unique house they had seen. Some features included an elevator, a 700 bottle climate-controlled wine cellar, extensive use of custom granite, and cherry/maple cabinetry.I had a home that needed a unique buyer. The house would not sell itself. I had overbuilt for the comparable comps realtors and loan companies often look at.I selected Terry after recommendations and interviews. 5 days after signing a contract with Terry the house was on the market, 3 weeks later the house was under contract. Terry sold the house to our of state buyer. While the house was unique and worthy of its value, it sold for the highest amount ever sold on the EP golf course. It took an expert and a specialet to sell the house. I would use Terry again.

ZillowVERIFIED Terry was a "god" send to us. He has been patient with us, he has educated us and guided us thru this very tough process on the sell of our parents home. We met Terry just about 6 1/2 years ago just after our father passed away. Mom was stilling living in the home. I stayed in touch with Terry thru those last few years. We finally needed to sell the home. He was able guide us thru the listing process, the negotiation process and the finally the sell of the home. Terry ALWAYS had our back and our interest at heart. He cared about us, and not just another sell of the home. He knew the area so well. Terry worked with my mom who is in a retirement home now, he had closing documents done in her apartment. He is the real deal....

ZillowVERIFIED When I needed to find a listing agent, I was looking for the bestaEUR"and I found it in Terry Rasmussen and his team. Together they handled my every need and the countless details that facilitated an extremely smooth transaction for my probate sale. Initially I had been reluctant to put the home on the market during the holiday season, but after considering the rationale Terry presented for proceeding, I listed in mid-November and the home was sold and escrow closed before the holiday season was over. Thorough, professional, personable, knowledgeable and an excellent communicator.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Suz is one in a million. She was always there for me, she was very quick to respond. She knew her stuff and she was professional and kind. She was able to explain and help me understand everything as I went through the process with her. She wanted me to find not just a house but the perfect home for me and my family and was willing to take all the time to do so. Even with all of my craziness she was able to go beyond my expectations. I never had an agent that made me feel that what I wanted mattered.

ZillowVERIFIED We started looking at local real estate a year before we were ready to make our purchase. I contacted Terry about one of his listings and immediately took note of his quick response to my many, many, many questions and his consistently very sound advice. We corresponded by email for a year (I asked many, many more questions), discussing listings that would come up and their unique features. My husband and I finally met with Terry for a tour in May, 2016. He showed us the homes currently available that met our requirements. The market availability is slim pickings for our parameters, yet we walked through and evaluated each one that was on the market. Terry patiently went through each property recognizing none of them were the one for us, knowing that we lived far away and would not be able to come back for another look for at least several months. He was never pushy or trying to talk us into a property. We learned a lot that day! We spent the next few months comparing potential properties online. Terry would investigate a few promising leads for us. They all turned out to be duds. Finally, Terry told us he had just viewed a home and it was time for us to book the plane tickets and come take a look. We did. We loved it immediately. And now it is our home. We had some tricky negotiations and lots of details that needed clarifying, and Terry guided us through the whole process. Terry's solid advice, years of experience, and local knowledge really helped get us into our DREAM HOME.

ZillowVERIFIED If you want a good, honest, dependable realtor contact Terry Rasmussen. He helped me sell and buy property and was wonderful in both aspects! We had to sell our country property due to a divorce and Terry was extremely helpful and found people who loved it as much as we did. Newly on my own I had to find a property that was big enough for animals but still within my budget. Terry found me one in town which would re-sell very well, since I eventually wanted to get back into the country. Within a year this property gained quite a bit of value because of its location. Thanks Terry!! Due to your awesome realty knowledge it helped me get back into the country. I am very grateful to you and your staff for helping me...both times. I couldn't be happier! Thanks a bunch!!! I will recommend you over and over!

ZillowVERIFIED I've known Terry since I purchased my first home on 10+ acres in Eagle Point in 2001 (that's 15 years now). Since then, he has assisted me with the purchase of two additional properties. I definitely recommend Terry to any prospective buyers or sellers, whether they are looking for a home in town or land out in the country. He has listed and sold them all, and the experience and insight he has gained in his 27 years of real estate is invaluable. He has also demonstrated honesty, forthrightness, professionalism and friendship. I truly value his assistance with my purchases and will use him again if the opportunity arises. I must also give kudos to his assistant, Janel, who was Terry's right-hand person through everything, and I was always able to contact one or both of them when needed. Janel was AMAZING!

ZillowVERIFIED Making a long-distance move is difficult at best usually requiring hours of internet searching, lots of phone calls or multiple trips to the new destination. The professionalism of Terry and his staff maximized my time by making the process as hassle free as possible. They anticipated my concerns and addressed those before a problem could come up. I consider their personal knowledge of the area a bonus. Sharing information about local points of interest, attractions, activities, etc. helped make me feel right at home before escrow even closed!

Our most current transaction took place during the summer of 2015. Terry was very responsive to our need for a timely and appropriately priced sale. Photographs were taken and the listing posted promptly and within 24 hours we had 3 full price plus offers to consider. Terry is very knowledgable of the local real estate market, prompt in responding to phone calls and honest in all his transactions.

ZillowVERIFIED Terry is a sincere hardworking realtor with extensive local knowledge. Mr. Rassmussen listened well to my requirements, translating them into numerous very appropriate homes for me to view. When we went out to look at properties Terry was organized, came prepared to share pertinent information with me about each property. Not only was I a first time homebuyer, I was also relocating out of state to a state I had never been (thus, found Terry online while searching for a Jackson County realtor). Terry was always responsive, great with communication (whether phone, email...even text if necessary). No question, I absolutely highly recommend Terry Rasmussen.
